Arrow Sonora Titanium exhaust supplied used

I purchased an Arrow Sonora Titanium Approved Slip on I received Arrow exhaust When I opened up the parcel was shocked to find the parcel had been already opened and the contents were a used Arrow exhaust The first thing I noticed was that the fitting bracket has scratch marks where it has been mounted and over-tightened against a washer Inside the main fitting bracket there are a lot of fine scratches where it s been fitted I noticed there was an impact on the exhaust gasket flange and looking down the exhaust you can see the residue of exhaust gasses black soot and corrosion Tried emailing them no response I have put this purchase in dispute with PayPal

BEWARE

BEWARE THEY TAKE PAYMENT AND NOTHING ELSE I contacted them using their website form 2 weeks ago asking a simple question NO ANSWER I then contacted them again after a week via my email address thinking it hadn t worked NO ANSWER I then stupidly placed a 3 000 order giving them the benefit of the doubt Expected shipment date is DOUBLE what the website stated and STILL NO EMAILS FROM THEM I have my doubts they will ship at all let alone on time FRAUD Unbelievably bad service DO NOT USE

Don t buy from this company

Don t buy from this company specially from UK They are happy to send items with ilegal invoices to avoid customs charges and I did have to return my item and they suggested me to put just 50 value to avoid delay in customs I followed their instructions parcel got lost and the company who I sent the park el with they refunded me just 50 and they are refusing me to pay the difference Wrong practice all and all Don t trust them and they are very illegal

Ordered a Termignoni Exhaust on Nov

Ordered a Termignoni Exhaust on Nov 22nd and it has been 3 weeks with no communication from the company with regards to a tracking number or estimated shipping date I ve tried emailing as well as using the online contact form but no response I just want to know the status of my order and I see the owner does respond here so maybe this will get the ball rolling I am 100 willing to change my rating if I hear back from them Until then based on my experience I wouldn t recommend even though the prices are very good

Not Happy

Ordered a Bagstar seat for a 2016 Suzuki SV650 from their website on 4th June money came out on 7th June No communication whatsoever no order number no email to say they had received monies absolutely nothing It s been over a month have sent numerous emails with no reply will be going to my bank cancelling my order and getting a refund

Dainese Auroa boots for my

Ordered Dainese Auroa boots for my partner One boot fitted perfect one didnt fit due to excess loose material around the ankle bunching under the foot Service was slow and not very helpful Wanted us to send new boots back for repair When pressed promised to send warranty replacement AFTER our boots sent back Won t purchase again from this company or buy Dianese again

No effort to contact about order delay

Made an order on the 10th of September and was quoted to ship out on the 19th of September It is 25th of September now and have not received any information on my order as to why it has been delayed or anything Seems like the company is quick to receive payment but then takes their sweet time to get you your product

Illigal business pratices

Unfortunately what I found was they will withdraw the money right away without shipping your order not only illegal but highly questionable business practise In my case they then told me they could only deliver half of what I ordered proceed with caution

Also Sill Waiting Order 360100

Ordered a Dainese Hydraflux 2 Air D-Dry Jacket stated in stock on 25 June with an expected shipping date of 04 July Still states the order has not been processed and have had no response to two e mails I have sent requesting an update Not sure if this is a bogus company so will be contacting PayPal to seek a refund

Waste of 3 Weeks Sold Me An Item They Don t Even Have In Stock

Purchased Dainese Combat Tex Pants on June 23rd with an estimated shipping date of June 29th Emailed customer service got no response Messaged twice on Skype then was told that item was not in stock They said it would be shipped by July 11th at the latest Contacted them on July 11th but still no response If they don t have the item they should not be collecting money from customers
