Long expensive postage

Postage took long said 3 to 4 working days it s now 10 days paid fast shipping still not come and Very expensive was not worth paying fast shipping it s only option they had still no item

I m glad that the procedure for overseas shipping was very fast However there was a defect in shipping so it was evaluated reasonably The room number was cut off in the middle and it was delayed

beware of Motostorm

402196 I purchased a 200 Mivv exhaust system from the website which said in stock great prices but after 2 weeks of it being on the in progress stage i wrote a polite email asking for an update on my order I didn t get a reply but a few days later i had to cancel my order and ask for a refund so i sent a polite email about this 5 days later i still have had no communication from Motostorm other than my confirmation email over 3 weeks ago After reading other reviews i can see that there are similar issues with communication I understand delays are normal but keeping customers updated is important I need my order cancelled and refunded please edit Motostorm have refunded me the full amount

Late delivery

My order should have shipped 5 days ago But never came back for update I m pretty disappointed emailed them with no response They came back with quick response so i managed to swap the unavailable item and shipped almost immediately

Nice camera but unable to communicate with after sales for help Very impressed with quality of video and could also fix it on my cycle and motorbike Could not sync date time at all repeatedly told it was not connected despite sending emails asking for help I never did get a reply Yesterday the lens had clouded over viewing the video back home it looked good to start but ended up looking very misty Disappointing I m afraid it will be returned

Poor communication at first but eventually sorted

I ordered from this company in November and received no further communication since confirmation I have emailed and there has been no response This item is a Christmas gift the tracking info just states late despatch and the order states The expected shipment date was 8 days ago The communication is simply not good enough and I just want an update on when I should expect to receive my order updated - following this review I was contacted and although not the outcome I was hoping for it was sorted and refunded swiftly
