Placed the order on 7 Oct 22 and waiting for confirmation of shipping and tracking

Placed the order on 7 Oct 22 and received confirmation that the order was received and payment was deducted I am yet to receive confirmation that the order has been processed however and shipped Not concerned yet but reading the other reviews on the poor communication has prompted me to stay across this as it was an expensive purchase Order 473535

No communication and bad reviews

Hello My last email 4 days ago was unanswered regarding a shipping date for order 532052 If this email goes unanswered I will be cancelling the credit card payment of 483 05Thanks

Need better communication

Placed order 459450 13th August and advised items would be shipped 31st August Ok a bit slow to process an order but I can wait Received confirmation of shipping 31st August advising of FedEx delivery date of 7th September Problem is the package has never been sent and the delivery date is now pending with FedEx advising they haven t received the package As others have noted you send an email to the customer service and it s ignored The service is pretty bad and I ve never bought anything from overseas that has taken so long to be processed and shipped The whole thing feels like a scam UPDATE 1 As per below they replied to this review There was an issue with a couple of items They just need to better communicate with customers to avoid this frustrating situation

Order reference 566825

Order reference 566825 Similar to the previous review I ordered my item on September 9th and it was supposed to be shipped on September 20th according to their tracking The tracking currently says the order is still in process It s September 21st today I have tried to email them twice with no response I have ordered from them in the past with no problems but this trend seems to be more prevalent looking at the reviews Had I known this I would not have ordered from them My money has already been debited but it has not shipped yet I will have to file a fraudulent claim if I don t hear back shortly

I ve ordered from Motostorm twice

I ve ordered from Motostorm twice previously Both experiences were wonderful Item was in Stock it shipped within a couple of days it was great On August 15 I ordered a Shoei Neotec II helmet white in XL It was supposed to ship on 823 it s now 828 The website says shipment delayed and I ve gotten no response to my messages for clarity At this point I found an alternate vendor who appears to have the item in stock and I m trying to either complete my order with Motostorm or cancel it I ll try reaching out again today via email and telephone hopefully I ll get resolution

Order 589770 on Dec 8th still hasn t shipped Emailed twice and received no response Finally got back to me Quicker responses would be greatly appreciated
