Love the jeans so many different styles to choose from Quality is excellent the fit of the jeans seam to be running a little archer because of the stretch in the waist Product arrives on time

Favourite new Jeans

Firstly I d just like to say I don t write many reviews but I just thought this warranted one I ordered one pair of after reading the reviews on Mott and Bows website I m normally a 29 waist and 30 inside leg They said to size up so I went for 30 30 Easy to order and prompt communication I had an email to say that they had been dispatched the next day I don t know why but while I was waiting for them to be delivered I did a bit more research and to my horror I started reading the trustpilot reviews I was expecting import charges but none of this happened I don t know if that s because my order value wasn t high enough to qualify but I suspect it is When the Jeans arrived I couldn t of been more pleased The fit was perfect the colour was just a the image on the website and they are my new favourite jeans and will definitely be making further purchases

The customer service via email was excellent

The customer service via email was always quick to reply and I do appreciate the credit etc in wanting to find an item that I m happy with and keep me coming back as a return customer

I am not sure how Mott Bow are still in business I bought my first pair of jeans from them 8 years ago They are so much more comfortable than the jeans I had owned my entire life and it made me wonder whether this was the kind of jeans millionaires had been wearing all along I could never go back They were wonderful so I bought a couple more pairs It has now been 5 years since I bought a pair of jeans They are incredible comfortable look great and last

I don t know why there have been so many low ratings for Mott Bow s customer service in the past My experience with them has been nothing but superlative most professional efficient kind and with immediate responses I ordered several pairs to determine the best fit style and material to my preference From there I selected what I wanted and immediately sent back what I didn t need for a full refund via Fedex They provided the return Fedex label so everything was effortless Certainly no real inconvenience from me All shipping charges were included I haven t worn the jeans yet since I just received them but they seem most comfortable elastic and exactly what I want and need I anticipate this to be one of my most favorite pairs of jeans and look forward to ordering more from them in the future Glad to know their variety of trousers and other items as well
