No log in code No customer service response

I purchased the Prince2 foundation course on November 22nd 2021 I studied up until the Christmas break When I tried to access my account in the New Year 12th of January I did not receive a log in code I contacted my Mplaza main contact Isaira to which I have still not had a response I have contacted live support which have given me 1 time access which is not convenient for my self study I have then received an email from Saniya which suggested fixes in my end as there are no problems Mplaza side I did those fixes and responded via email no response again Likewise I have contacted live support which is unavailable after 6pm in my experience Unfortunately I am getting no response from anybody at Mplaza and this seems to be the only way to affect a response which will hopefully resolve the issue I have asked for a refund which has again returned zero response The material was good but the customer service is abysmal

Do not use this company nor there exam platform people cert I Spent over 2 hours with there staff because of there technical issues Just before exam isn t what you want Honestly please don t use these lot

Looking at the PRINCE2 Practitioner course it is half baked the videos resorting at times to a coffee talk with another lecturer you have to watch Nothing that I found really appealing and a waste of time money Nothing really preps you for the exam The slides music editing mistakes are very distracting during the PRINCE2 Foundation course The content was also very shallow even for a foundation course not adding context The fees skyrocketed by 50 over the last 2years This is not due to the exam fee increase Mr Turley is NOT a former examiner so does not know how the deeper ins outs All he will teach is written in the PRINCE2 handbook He stopped working as a PM years ago so take his practical knowledge with a grain of salt The profession develops If you study for PRINCE 2 book the exams yourself via Peoplesoft take e-learning as you need buy the PRINCE2 book 2nd hand good enough There are 1000s of other PM trainers out there happy to take your business CS issues Had a run-in with the CS-team at MPLAZA All of them seem very disorganized not what you would expect from a person who teaches works in PM for that long CS-team does not follow their own processes making it up as they go providing robotic answers or sending out 5 emails from 3 diff people a typical call center experience from overseas MPLAZA is not really solution based when you bring up valid and elaborate constructive critique Do not expect anything as the approach is the same as any corporation deny deny deny cover-up On Mr Turley Mr Frank Turley seems to be very jaded and arrogant having experienced him at various events This not sth that you would expect from a self-proclaimed PM activist Accepting critique is not his strong point and you will be kicked to the curb quickly if your face does not fit raise your voice I experienced this when I raised my voice Mr Turley tours around for his latest child a PM light approach sponsored by the EU Another money maker w o added benefit Old wine in new bottles You can use a bunch of other already existing scale-able PM approaches I cut ties after all of this and his constant up-selling on LinkedIn Bad taste remains when Mr Turley compares himself his business with other providers and ranks everybody No Frank good businesses do not do that MPLAZA is not competitive on value for money Edit As MPLAZA responded I am adding further context as this has been left out very conveniently by them some call it being dishonest 101 damage control but w o the receipts to show for Just the appearance of a real business BUYER BEWARE That I am displeased with MPLAZA s CS being located in ASIA and more importantly the miserable service attitude of CS staff is a statement of FACT and NOT a racial debate At no point I have been rude or condescending However I was talked to like I would be a 5y old child and addressed like I would be their drinking buddy Further racial remarks highlights were inserted by MPLAZA for gas-lighting reasons as happening in their response here for an easy excuse not to act on their misconduct and to deflect It is shameful when businesses and their agents resort to actions like this however it shows their maturity The customer was left cut and dry 4 emails had to be written in the span of 4 days w o any action from MPLAZA 5 different agents involved themselves w o looking at the subject matter In the meanwhile I got flooded with emails by MPLAZA that they would need my feedback after my last exam feedback harvesting The proclaimed openness to constructive feedback is a lip service as we are all too familiar with any companies The really serious businesses reveal themselves when things get difficult Mr Turley MPLAZA prefer to run for the hills As for above unprofessional conduct of MPLAZA staff and Mr Turley the business relationship was terminated by myself in the early afternoon This was confirmed an hour later by MPLAZA MPLAZA and their staff were advised that legal action would be taken if slander defamation of character would be found
