Been a customer since 2018 I ve never had any issues and it s evident that Jarland genuinely cares about his customers I prefer this significantly over faceless black-box corporations I wouldn t recommend this service if your intention is to send marketing or mass emails as the founder is very anal about spam which is an excellent aspect for personal or direct-communication email It reduces the likelihood of your emails ending up in spam folders So it s essential to choose the right tool for the job If you aim to send mass or marketing emails even if they re not spam to large email lists I d suggest a different service However if you re looking for an affordable service to send direct or personal emails MXroute is the best choice for you

Outstanding service and good pricing I really recommend them VERY helpful support I had some issues getting it going as my welcome email did not have name servers listed they helped out and now I have it up and running just fine no hiccups at all As my company grows I will do more business with them for sure LOVE the annual pay ability and unlimited email accounts

Been using MXroute for several years Service is fantastic The amount of money I save myself and my customers is thousands per year I have only had one issue went to the MXRoute support site and had one of the owners I believe research the problem and provide technical solutions The issue turned out to be a problem on the other end and after providing the other companies admins the MXRoute info they corrected the problem on their email server I highly recommend this service
