Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased a few items from their website one item being some gloves that were the wrong size I phoned them as I was a bit lost on the returns process and was met with super friendly and helpful staff who explained the process and even went as far as to put away a pair of the correct size gloves to ensure that when my return was processed they still had it in stock and could send it out immediately If I remember correctly from the date I posted my return I had the correct size gloves within 3 days As a side note I actually enjoy browsing their newsletters too which is something I very rarely feel about brand newsletters most are just pushing product into your face and trying to get you to buy it they are well put together and somehow always know which items to highlight to catch my eye haha Often showing which items go well together and making it feel more like a magazine that you can browse through
