The Klinio app is user friendly and includes tools that help you succeed to meet your goals There is a good variety of meals that are easy to prepare The app also makes it easy to add food I highly recommend Klinio to those with prediabetes who want to make lifestyle changes to prevent diabetes

Klinio feels like a friend to work with on this journey I like the meals the app the guidance and the swapping of meals It s all working well Glad I took the 6 month package Seeing my blood glucose improve and seeing what spikes it is an education One recommendation would be to offer a tutorial to new clients unless there is one and I ve missed it Thank you Klinio

Klinio is simple to follow and didn t break the bank I have lost 14 9 pounds in 6 days My sugar has been in check I feel great The plan satisfies my cravings for sweets I have only spent 100 on groceries a week and many things will last me several weeks like almonds protein powder peanut butter One of my favorites is the Peanut Butter Smoothie with Banana I use chocolate protein powder in it OMG I have already posted on Facebook about my experience and a friend is signing up

When it comes to my meals I don t have time to plan shop or prepare This program is great You have your shopping list ingredients for every meal nutrition information calorie intake and best of all a picture This program also tracks your blood sugar and exercise For me it does the hard part and I m feeling better than I have in a long time

Once I got the info from my doc about being prediabetic I knew it was time for a change I have had a really sad past year and it s been tough The app helped me plan and set goals to start making the changes in my eating and workout habits that needed to be changed or quite frankly just get re-booted restarted and get excited about feeling better

Very educational programme Realising and Understanding my diabetes and that less calories 1200 does not equal weight loss it does but not in a healthy way I ve am eating at least 1600 calories and lost a significant amount of weight because it s balanced with a correct nutritional value diet food for my body to function healthily Great Menus and great customer service support

Great way to manage my Type II diabetes

The app is user friendly Tracking not just my blood sugar but also my activity blood pressure etc is enormously helpful to me Looking in to a better way to track my daily numbers as primitive testing is difficult I did not see the meal plan right away and had to search for it but other than that I love the app so far

After downloading the app I am unable to register due to apparently my plan had already been registered which I hadn t done When I tried sign in the information was wrong All I m getting is emails to down load the app and not password reset I persevered with contacting them and I received an email with the link Wonderful the app looks amazing and I know it is going if to be a great help thankyou klinio

Great Application for Long or Short Term Use

I used the application for months to gain a better handle on my diet nutrition and how my body was reacting to my eating and exercise routine after a hospital stay I really enjoyed the application the meal suggestions and the activity tracking It is a great tool that can be used long term or short term
