I ordered the fabric 25 04 24 and it still hasn t arrived There have been no updates on where it is A claim that there is a delay because there are so many orders The reason I ordered from them was that it would be with me in 4-5 days

The clue is in the name myfabrics co uk oh no it s a German company Took ages to arrive I purchased pastel rainbow tule fabric What arrived was not pastel as soon as there is the slightest gather it turns into a muddy dull purple colour Photo was deceptive what I received was nothing like it It will take a fair amount of money to return it to Germany - it s now in the bin Have now purchased from Amazon 24 hour delivery and easy returns and twice the amount for half the price Thought I was supporting a UK small business - honestly give this company a miss I have also contacted the Trusted Shops company stating that because of their deceptive practices this company should no longer be entitled to be part of their organisation Response received and as other reviewers have said same auto generated response no help offered to return order just blame the customer All emails that have been sent during the order process the font used was so small it s unreadable except for emails promoting the company They are fully aware of what they are doing all I would like to know is why is the UK being targeted or are other countries being misled by the countries normal local identifier Most businesses want to build good relationships with customers and grow not con them with awful products and misleading locality I hope you learn from the deceptive tactics you use - but you won t just yet hopefully people un the UK will write their views here after purchase if it goes wrong but better still before they buy

Misleading images robotic and unhelpful customer service
Received white fabric that is very clearly grey blue The product images are extremely misleading Despite showing fabric next to other white fabric which clearly shows it is not the correct colour Myfabrics refuse to help and continue to send the same robotic response I understand a slight difference in colour but no one would see this fabric and call it white Stuck with unusable fabric unless I spend a fortune sending it back to Germany AVOID UPDATE TO ADD I m already in contact with MyFabrics and they refuse to help they have only added this comment to look as though they are willing to help which they are not

No fabric and no replies to my numerous emails Utterly disgusted with this company I m left out of pocket and feel as though I have been scammed Thankfully my bank has now stepped in and reimbursed me in full Please use an actual company in the UK who believe in good customer service and not just pocketing your money

I ordered my fabric on 30 September and was given a delivery date of October 8-10 I have just learned that my order hasn t even left Germany yet If I had known this was not actually a UK based company and that it had an abysmal delivery reputation I would never have used it Quick to take my money though A Halloween project for my granddaughter won t be finished in time Do not use this company

BEWARE of ordering This is not a UK company My delivery took ages to arrive from Germany and was not what I expected The cost of returning it does not make it worth while doing so They rely upon the photo to cover themselves I informed them of the correct written description and receivedno apologies I WILL NOT BE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN

Ordered via their Portuguese site and my order was supposed to arrive in 5 days but it has now been 2 weeks and nothing has arrived The order status still says in process yet I have received no updates from the company They do not reply to emails and the only phone number they give which is hidden in their Pricacy Policy page doesn t even work I urgently need this product for a company event in just a few days but this company has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional A transparent and trustworthy business does not operate this way At this point I am fully convinced that this company is a scam Avoid at all costs

Lie on item quality and poor customer service
Purchased buttons that were claimed to be 100 leather and light brown The item was dark brown and clearly poor quality leather glued on plastic Customer service is horrible
