Fabric finally arrived placed order 11 1 21 zero customer service Cancelled order gave Myfabrics 3 weeks to issue a refund after this date I was going to claim through Paypal Fabric arrived with no notification had to look on delivery site to see it was in transit and arrived today without notification I have been a Myfabrics customer for a number of years knew they were based in Germany because I always look up a website contact address and the co uk website was just for processing orders from different countries I placed an order for Christmas in November and it took 3 weeks to arrive and I had to ring the delivery company who claimed they tried to delivery at 9am which was a lie Never had to do that before and realised they were using a new delivery company which were rubbish and Myfabrics have been caught with their pants down Both delivery and fabric company had not stepped up their game for Brexit Whilst I had cancelled my order I placed an order with Minerva for the first time Yes they delivered in a week for similar cotton jersey a third more expensive per metre one colour was of a reasonable quality the other piece bared no resemblance to the other and had a hole in the fabric also was totally sheer Myfabrics parcel opened this morning fabulous quality cotton jerseys and a third cheaper Come on Myfabrics get your act together change your deliver company so we have faith when ordering fabrics My next order will be placed in the summer hopefully by then teething problems sorted

Poor fabric
One lot of fabric shrunk by 2 over 39 and it was cut crooked I sent a complaint with photos and not had a response in 4 days Not even an acknowledgment

I am in the same position as Annette Nash Have received totally wrong fabric Have messaged company twice no response I have a seamstress waiting to carry out works cannot progress until I receive fabric I wonder if our orders have been mixed up but it seems very difficult to resolve any issues with this company have now received correct goods

I have not yet receive my order I had an e-mail telling me that the parcel had been returned by the post saying that they could not deliver it I know of no reason why this should be so and replied to the e-mail saying so The company are now sending it again after I confirmed my address

My order from my fabrics did eventually arrive - which I am extremely pleased about I will say that I was not disappointed with the goods and as such I feel it only right to revise my rating of them I do however stand by my original comment re customer service expectation If customers are aware from the start ie ahead of ordering that their goods are coming from outside the UK and as a result people may have to wait additional time - then you help set and manage expectations better Original review - belowUnfortunately my order has been delayed and when I contacted customer services to find out the situation I received a badly worded email essentially saying they re busy and not to bother them with enquires as it takes time away from processing orders I was shocked I do hope that my order does arrive in the next week shocked to learn that it s not coming from the UK - this detail is not made clear on the website neither is the delivery expectations The fabrics may very well be extremely nice when they arrive but at this stage the only thing I can comment on is their service or more so the lack of it

Always had great experiences with MyFabrics com however the last was a shame I ordered fabrics and waited for the 5-7 business day turn around This passed with no sign of delivery After waiting more than 2 weeks I checked the account and it stated the parcel had been delivered and signed for by someone who doesn t live at my address No card was left to state it had been left with a neighbour and after checking with my neighbours there was no sign of a parcel I emailed myfabrics and to be fair to them they got back to me very quickly They said the parcel had been returned to sender - I was never notified of this and I don t believe a delivery was ever attempted as I was in on the previously specified delivery attempt The parcel has been resent and although I haven t received it yet I m hopeful it arrives soon It s a shame as the fabrics were ordered for an important event and I may not be able to use them now if they don t arrive in time If I was contacted to say the parcel was being returned to sender or to say it had arrived back with myfabrics I wouldn t be annoyed But the fact my account says the parcel was delivered when it hasn t been is a bit shocking It won t stop me using them but I ll definitely be wary with delivery from now on

Products removed too fast
I give only 3 stars despite it being a trustable business because the fabrics are removed way too fast everytime I order samples by the time I have decided on a particular fabric its sold out and often even removed entirely to never return It is frustrating and has made me spend more money than I would have liked in fabrics that just disappear
