The fabric I ordered was just what I wanted but the postage I paid was too expensive and the delivery time was too slow

Given a 3 for 2 reasons 1 I didn t realise it was coming from abroad - it stated in stock It s taken 3 5 weeks 2 Though the colour is as on the website and described it as suitable for sweatshirts it is thInner than I anticipated Buying material online is always tricky and I would use them again - maybe I d try and phone them The website is good and they have tried hard to be helpful

I love the fabric but didn t realise it would be sent from Germany It did not arrive in the time frame so would be delivered in the middle of our holidays I arranged change of delivery address with the delivery company but it was still left on our doorstep The address label was incorrect I had to telephone a neighbour to take it in Communication was difficult leaving me with a sad feeling of it all being my fault I was sent a 5 voucher but will be reluctant to shop there again

Fabric arrived in a timely manner and was lovely quality and perfect for the outdoor seat cushion I was making for my garden bench Colour and pattern true to picture on website However one thing has let it down I didn t notice until I d cut the fabric and begun to sew as it is heavily patterned but there is a mark which looks like blue biro mark It s right in the centre of the piece so I can t disguise it Will just have to use one side up to hide it Very disappointed

The incorrect dress making pattern in the incorrect size was sent However looking on the bright side when I notified them of the mistake I received a refund no questions asked

I have ordered from this company on numerous occasions in the past The fabric is always beautiful and the service was always quick I too ordered at the beginning of June and received the standard response about delays However I have e-mailed them again today and got an immediate response which felt more personalised to my order and explained they were working double shifts to catch up on the back log I have now also received my despatch confirmation I do think the issues they have been having are genuine although it would have helped matters had they prevented more orders going through during this time I will order from them again in the future but I may contact them again prior to ordering to ensure all the issues have been resolved Hopefully they will not lose too many previous customers during this time and that they can get back to their previous standard of service My rating is purely based on this latest order They have always deserved a much higher rating on previous occasions and hopefully will again soon

If you re in a hurry for fabric then I d recommend using a different supplier The website FAQ quotes shipping times as generally a maximum of 3-7 working days But it s likely to be longer My order shows a shipping date of between 7 and 14 working days So it could be nearly three weeks It s been 7 working days as I post this review I found a video somewhere on the website about them reworking their warehouse but I haven t been able to find it again so I don t know when it was posted It didn t say how long they expect the work to take Will leave a separate review when the order arrives

I was very disappointed about the length of time it took the fabric to arrive

The buttons I ordered were lovely when they arrived but they took far too long to get here - ten days from ordering Yes maybe the small print says somewhere that the company is in Germany but hiding behind a co uk email is deceptive and nowhere is it made clear how long one will have to wait

This pattern was recommended but I did not realise the instructions are in German I m not sure how I am going to get on and whether I will be able to construct it purely from the images I have not tried yet
