I was very disappointed that you did not consolidate all my CC debt I was misinformed as to exactly what I was getting for your monthly fee but I didn t really have any other options once we started I will never recommend you to any one

When I first started this many years ago I was satisfied Loved the woman who began it with me Not to long ago I noticed a difference in Americans estimated balance and the Citifinancial balance I asked the guy who is taking care of it now and he replied with the paragraph that is on the statement I said yes and if you look at that paragraph it also says if you notice a difference let us know I did and it was about a 600 difference Alas he was not helpful Ask to see his email correspondence with me I won t suggest American Financial to anyone because of him

Semi-annoyed I needed some vital information about possible repercussions and only received it after a few emails The consultant I was in touch with was clueless when I asked a few questions Also no real solutions were given when I needed real clarification just ambiguous answers that did not direct me in the right way
