Desperate
As I am not a paying customer my tree is under 200 family members I was hesitant to ask for help But I was desperate because I thought I had lost everything Thanks to your representative I am back in gear He was very patient with me as I am not very technology saavy I hope you have many more like him

Stupid Evri driver didn t deliver my DNA Kit CR0 3PA postcode area
They sent me DNA Kit twice but in both times they were stolen from downstairs As this silly and lazy Hermes Evri driver didn t want to go one floor up and deliver to me However I received refund straight away My Heritage should stop using Evri Hermes and to swap to better couriers
