What a great service

What a great service I had an insect bite on my foot which was infected I booked an appointment the night before for first thing in the morning had a video consultation with a pharmacist and will receive the medication the next day You can only use this service for certain illnesses and ailments but I would definitely recommend this service

Extremely quick service Rang my GP at 2 30pm who suggest I use the Pharmacy First service I googled saw this online Booked a video consultation and I was seen within the hour medication issued for next day delivery Happy with the service

10 10 experience GP appointments even just a phone call are SOSO difficult to get booked and even then they never call the right number and generally service at a GP sucks My Local Surgery made this so easy and much more comfortable and informative than a GP or local pharmacy has ever been for me Provided a whole pdf document linked so I knew exactly what I would be taking side effect how to take it etc Was patient and made everything clear when discussing treatment and prescription gets dispatched right away

I didn t even know this service existed Like others have said I stumbled across it quite by accident and I m glad I did Response time was a few minutes and the pharmacist I spoke to was very pleasant and incredibly helpful What a fantastic service

Great concept and super easy to use

Great concept and super easy to use It s so difficult to get a gp appointment and this is just idea I got an appointment that was convenient for me and had a quick consultation via a video call They can check your GP record and I got some antibiotics for my sore throat Thank you

Very Efficient Service

Stumbled across this Service in desperation after my 9yr old daughter developed Tonsillitis 2 days before we were due to go abroad on holiday and on a Friday I searched for a Prescribing Pharmacist and found this Service Account set up was simple picking a video consultant was quick and easy it felt too good to be true It was as simple as a Teams Meeting We chatted with a Pharmacist online who asked a few questions and prescribed my daughter a course of antibiotics The only down side purely for timing reasons was that you cannot pick up your medication there and then it is sent to your address the next day as this is a Remote Service Maybe there could be an option as GPs do to send an electronic prescription to the nearest Pharmacy for collection Overall VERY impressed Thank you

A very efficient service Appointment within 24 hours Call came in to the minute and after a quick chat meds were prescribed and received the next day I would have waited weeks at my surgery and had to complete a long e-consult form online Hopefully everyone in this process has saved time

The appointment was quickly made within a short space of time The doctor was thorough and a prescription was written with opportunities for next day delivery for an extra couple of pounds Really good service
