Easy to get an appointment online

Easy to get an appointment online Mine was booked for 9 10 on Friday morning Consultation went well was advised I needed antibiotics for a cold sore throat possibly tonsillitis Paid extra for a faster delivery Antibiotics still not delivered on Saturday Royal Mail tracking advised medication not dispatched until 18 12 on Friday even though my consultation was at 9 10 amRoyal Mail tracking also not showing if item will be delivered today - Monday If my prescription had been emailed to my local pharmacy by now I would have been able to take 3 days of antibiotics instead of feeling unwell all weekend Will use service again but only if the medication if not urgent

Easy to get an appointment but needs prescription collection option

Easy to get an appointment and diagnosis but I had my consultation yesterday at 12 30 I need antibiotics for tonsillitis but I still haven t got it If I had gone through the GP I could have picked up the tablets and had a good few doses by now and start to feel better instead of waking up feeling worse like I did this morning Should be an option to collect the prescription from a local pharmacy not just have it delivered

Really lovely pharmacist Ben who prescribed antibiotics having thoroughly discussed symptoms So much easier than trying to get an appointment at the surgery Certainly would ve been a 5 Star service and idea if prescriptions could be sent to a local pharmacy for collection to start treatment sooner

A good service the pharmacist listened to my symptons and diagnosed well However It s a shame you have to use Royal Mail as your delivery service The package took just over 48 hours to get to me

Very good to have such a service

Very good to have such a service availible when access to doctors is difficult The advice and help was great and a prescription was sent straight to the house However some people with limited technological use will find accessing such a service

Excellent service

Excellent service I m not that technical but the service was easy to use The appointment was on time and she diagnosed the problem quickly It was easy to pay for the medication which should arrive in the post tomorrow Overall this was so much easier than trying to get a doctors appointment and I will definitely be using this service again Would highly recommend

Really great service

Really great service I booked an appointment in the middle of the night last night for a 9 30am appointment today and my antibiotics will be delivered by noon tomorrow - in the interim I ve been advised to take paracetamol and ibuprofen to try to get come relief from the pain of a really bad sore throat and ear infection that I started to come with last Wednesday The pharmacist I dealt with was really lovely and professional I don t get sick that often fortunately but it was great on this occasion that I didn t have to battle and wait to get a GP appointment I would definitely recommend this service to anyone
