Fabulous service Quick appointment Really good and informative advice Wish I d known about this service earlier as have been waiting for a routine go appointment for 2 months This service was far more appropriate than taking up a precious GP appointment thank you

Brilliant service Easy booking proceeds and notifications reminders The pharmacist was on the call early didn t rush and listened carefully Provided a detailed run through of symptoms and was able to prescribe medicine to help Staff super friendly and next day delivery as I m not local

I managed to get a appointment within 2 hours The pharmacist was thorough and a prescription was written with opportunities for next day delivery for an extra couple of pounds Way more efficient than going through the GP Really good service

Easy and quick service to use

Really easy and quick service to use I really appreciate the 10 min time slot that you can choose makes getting a comsultation so much easier Pharmacist was friendly and quick with her assessment arranged for antibiotics to be delivered next day so I am very pleased Much easier than trying to contact GP for a simple UTI

Very good service Video call was great and on time Only lasted for mins and antibiotics sent out immediately Very good as getting a doctors appointment was impossible nearly 2 weeks waiting time

Brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service they video called with me at exactly the appointment time The young lady I spoke with was very efficient and knowledgeable she gave great advice and prescribed me the medication I needed In these times where getting doctors appointments are difficult this service is great Cannot recommend it enough

Can never get an appointment with my GP

Can never get an appointment with my GP so tried this Set up a video consultation with a pharmacist which was really easy Pharmacist asked some health questions and issued a prescription My medication was received the next morning for just the cost of a standard NHS prescription I believe if you are entitled to free prescriptions this service is free Quick and easy 100 recommend

Very good service and quick i lost my pills on holiday and surgery said its too early for an other prescription i tried this service and it was really good Phone consultation done within half an hour and the man i spoke to via the video consultation was friendly and helpful Thank you

Very easy to register Same day video consultation at a time to suit you A lovely pharmacist discussed my symptoms and prescribed medication which is posted via Royal Mail to be with me tomorrow Excellent service Thank you

Amazing service Having been paying for contraceptive pills through a well known online chemist as it s so difficult to get a GP appointment at a convenient time I discovered this service and it s a complete revelation No fuss or hassle the pharmacist was lovely and I d had my consultation and prescription approved in under 10 minutes Amazing thank you
