Superb service

At a time when getting to see your GP face to face is a rarity this service is invaluable My own surgery try to refer everyone to the urgent treatment centres which is clogging up that service with minor illnesses and those centres are on their knees I was able to be seen within 24 hours and had the antibiotics delivered the next day Very thorough consultation both professional and friendly Cannot recommend highly enough

Impossible to get in with my own GP

Impossible to get in with my own GP until after the weekend with a very uncomfortable water infection Had the online consultation half an hour after I booked it at almost 5pm on a Friday evening Very professional and thorough The Doctor did say there was a chance I wouldn t get the antibiotics until the Monday which was still better than my own GP However they were delivered the next day on a Saturday Credit where it s due

Great quick and reliable serviceI was very worried about going to the GP about contraception but this made it 100x easier I signed up on the website and had a 4 minute phone call and was approved I appreciate that you can also pay for next day delivery and the pills came as expected Very happy this exists thank you very much

Very very good

Very very good couldn t get a GP appointment for a month found this website registered and picked my appointment for my lunch break the next day Video call on time Prescription was sent out and delivered to my house the following day Amazing this is what the country has been lacking

Pharmacy First Excellent and easy to use

I hadn t used pharmacy first before today The registration process was very easy and so was booking the appointment which was at the exact time given by video link The pharmacist was excellent and quickly diagnosed based on my symptoms and visual checks confirming shingles with anti viral meds prescribed to hopefully reduce impact of the illness and deal with it Other advice was given too which was very helpful Thanks

OMG what a wonderful service Appointment made for 15 mins after discovering the site Spot on with time So professional better than waiting 1week plus for GP appointment Actual medication delivered to your door Will definitely recommend and use again
