STAY AWAY FROM THEM - AND THEIR SISTER COMPANY

This online reseller started taking money from my bank account without permission They insisted that I had signed up for a subscription and agreed to their terms conditions This was completely untrue I had never even heard of them Not only that but another online reseller happybagbuys started doing the same thing at the same time It turns out that they are both a trading front for a company called Koftani Limited which is apparently based in Cyprus In emails to both resellers they denied any affiliation or knowledge of each other Strangely emails arrives from both companies at the same time from operators with the same name Despite many emails both resellers refused to give me refunds and repeatedly stated that I had subscribed and agreed to terms and conditions The result was that I got small refund from both but ended up with credits remaining on both of them That is to say - they are keeping the remainder Looking at the reviews on here I would say that they are not true reviews For a start who would give a company 5 stars for eventually refunding money that was taken without permission This seems to be the case in a few of the reviews

This is a scam DO not trust MYNICESCENT

This is a scam DO NOT REPLY TO ANY TEXTS OR E MAILS with your details I replied for a coffee prize for Costa Coffee where I would only have to pay 1 49 for postage Next thing I noticed was that another payment to PYD mynicescent had been taken from my account When I checked I found this was a recurring payment that would have been removed every month for NOTHING that you had to contact the store to stop I wrote to mynicescent via their website allegedly for perfume and asked them to stop taking payments and to refund payments taken in error They e mailed back to say I had signed up to their scheme and that membership fees apply to keep credits in place The cancellation would take 14 days and that fees would apply while cancellation took place I dont know where coffee prize and perfume website subscription are linked for me to join their fraudulent scheme I did not receive anything to say I had signed up to any scheme or log in details etc This is a scam to keep debiting money from peoples accounts Lots of people may not have noticed the debit coming out monthly but some of us have to watch what we spend Do not reply to anyone giving you a prize and asking you to pay postage It is a scam I should have known that it was a scam but It looked like a prize for being a Costa customer I have not received any goods for my payments Fraudulent scheme
