My phone number says its invalid when a customer rings this was reported 5 days ago it was going to be passed to the tech team it still not working The support is rubbish and no update on the situation Last conversation via another phone was the manager would contact me monday 27th 12 05 still waiting

An Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with I was sold it as a business mobile service at lower cost than O2 but still using O2 When I moved house I had to use my phone as a mobile hotspot until my WiFi was installed 1 week later Regardless of the fact I increased my Data allowance and Spending Cap 3 times I ended up 1 month without the ability to use my mobile for anything but Phonecalls and sms I am unable to cancel the agreement for nearly 3 years Totally useless support and communication Blocked my data usage without informing me of any reason They didn t know themselves they had blocked it Cowboys Give them a wide berth

Avoid like the plague
They don t give you all the information when they offer to help you My plan is not cheaper as promised and will cost me 700 if I want to end my 36 month contract early Service is awful and they didn t offer spend cap and I wracked up 200 bill after my data was all used up I couldn t access any info on the app as I was not marked as admin Apparently I m a business as well

Shocking
Stay well away they called me at the end of my o2 contract claiming to be from o2 offering me a cheaper call plan that I could leave at any time I only found out that I was locked into a three year contract when I wanted to upgrade my handset We recently went abroad on holiday and I had no backup provider for my data the only thing that I pay for Their marketing strategy seems to be reminiscent of double glazing companies from the eighties tell them what they want to hear to get them signed up Shocking

Avoid this company at all costs
If I could have given zero stars I would have Avoid this company at all costs I m shocked to see all of the bad reviews on here I wish I d seen them all prior to signing up The company are scammers looking at any opportunity to rip their customers off Do yourself a favour and avoid 211 for one Whatsapp message and they won t even discuss the issue properly Appalling

Horrendous company Went over to them for a week and cancelled straight away as the first bill was triple what they said Now they re sending threatening letters wanting almost 5 grand Stay well clear Liars and scammers

Scam company
Scam company nothing they agreed they follow a lot of details that they don t explain to make money on your misinformation support below zero the person that does the contract with you never answer back your emails after you sign Chat support answer always the same It is with the relevant team to get this arranged for you and nothing happens and nothing is sorted with bills 5 times higher from my previous network

COMPLETE SCAM - STAY AWAY
This company has completely scammed me for 4 years I have been paying outrageous prices and they always have a back door that you can t leave your contract I paid the termination fee recently which was 500 even after paying for the phone for 4 years and now they are still taking money monthly from my account and they are so hard to deal with to get anything helpful If my plan would reach out to me personally resolve this problem and explain everything for me this would change For now STAY CLEAR
