Had numerous threatening cancellation emails and calls because they want so much information about yourself and named drivers ooh and leaving messages on my parents phone lol so make sure you have everything to hand before you take out Staff were rude when I called could do with their customer service skills improving Seem to charge for absolute everything so make sure you read the small print

Customer service are nice enough really

Customer service are nice enough really strict policy though I drove half a mile to my local shop and back and got a score of 1 for usage Went to the cinema at 3pm left at 7 scored a minus 3 for usage Went to a car boot sale spent a few hours wandering and drove back scored a minus 6 for usage I am yet to figure out how they expect me to drive scoring perfect 10 for braking and smoothness

Set the policy up 7 days ago found out time frames to complete set up still within in time frames and arrangements made to complete set up in time yet threatening letters advising of a formal cancellation Policy not cancelled and once i finish set up within time frames policy will carry on the scaremongering just seems unnecessary and annoying

Good customer service - extortianate processing fee

I ve been with MyPolicy since October 2018 and not had a problem until now Having just moved I called to change my address a few days ago To be clear Hayley was really nice and helpful - but the company s terms for changing address are ridiculous They charged me 131 23 as A PROCESSING FEE Apparently it takes 100 to type something into a box Totally unjustifiable Feel conned Not happy

Very poor customer service and very rude If you have got a question issue they dont really care and will say I don t know - I heard this about 5 times I had an accident under this insurabce company and was treated 100 times better by the company of the guy that hit me direct line they answered all my questions told straight away my best options and were very kind

At first they where a good company

At first they where a good company very helpful and made everything easy when I had to make a claim on another persons insurance Now my renewal has come through and they have incorrectly sent it through showing 0 years NCD even though I have 1 year Since then they have said its changed now to a 1 year NCD but they re not able to send me through anther offer even though I need to send it through to my new insurance company

Please Avoid they may be cheap but they will rob your son or daughter by bullying them every few weeks with threats to cancel unless they pay for more mileage Even when they haven t gone over their annual mileage Disgusting tactics We will be cancelling and taking this to the financial ombudsman People need warning about this They are preying on young drivers Bullying

Decent enough online service Unfortunately you need to call them to verify your details After waiting 20 minutes on the phone I was then told that the verification would take 10-15 minutes What a bloody waste of time listening to terms and conditions being read back to me

90 Mins wait time to verify new policy

Part of the process to start a new policy is to call in to verify details given - I had to wait 1 hour and 30minutes before reaching anyone No call-back option or anything

long long wait time an hour and a half

long long wait time an hour and a half in the queue but once you re through it s pretty quick Just know even the passport office picks up the phone faster than that lol
