Incredibly simple and amazing customer service

I had a problem with my black box so I phoned the company and I was put through to someone almost instantly and they were a massive help and the issue was sorted out in minutes instead of going through a massive wait

I called regarding my mile allowance as I was really low and only have a few weeks left before renewal The lady offered me 10 of my annual mileage for free and I was over the moon She was a great help

I was dealt with very professionally and the person on the phone was very helpful and fast I was only on hold for a very short time in comparison to the average hold time from other companies Overall was very satisfied

This was the first insurance for my 18 year old since she passed her test and I have found them to be so helpful every time I have rung them up they answer the phone pretty much immediately and make the whole process so straight forward I would thoroughly recommend them
