Good option not strict

MyPolicy was by far the cheapest quote I received for my first year of driving While I certainly don t like the threatening business model where they cancel your policy and charge you to do so for breaking the rules in practice I ve had no problem with them at all I have been very strict with myself I stick to speed limits I drive calmly and I stick to my millage allowance on a monthly basis being sure to have enough at the end of the year I do however get poor scores for driving late at night but with the other scores being high there s nothing to worry about Stick to the rules drive like a granny let them know if you need to remove the blackbox to access the obd pin and you ll be fine I have not had to make a claim at this point so cannot comment on that But for a telematics policy where people worry about being restricted or told off too much I don t think this is too strict at all

Employees are very helpful and wonderful to talk to over the phone And are patient towards customers if you need a minute to think

Staff are nice and are able to answer questions quickly Longest I spent on the phone to get a question answered was 10 mins shortest was just over 4 The dashboard website app are not really finished yet sections are blanks and others have non-descriptive error notice messages e g In the buy more miles section there is only a noitce that you canot buy more miles with no reason there proabably is a reason its just not displayed to the user Not knowing how much top-up miles will cost from the dashboard is not great TLDR The dashboard is only useful to look at milage and driving score call them for everything else and they will be able to help

First time experience

Prices are very cheap for first time drivers and staff is very clear and helpful over the phone to process applications and answer queries The only downside is the app needs a lot of work doing as it feels unfinished

The call staff were really helpful and friendly But all week I had a problem finding a car as some models of the car I was looking at had a 30cc bigger engine and I couldn t get insurance on the witch I find ridiculous

The call handler was helpful and patient The call was to renew an existing policy with no change of details but there was a lot of information to go through so the call was quite long It would be good if the renewal process was simpler

Didn t know a lot online as it didn t say great call from worker helped my worries completely and am grateful for that

Amazing service

Amazing service quick and easy process The only criticism is the one aspect of the black box with regards to the usage part how can you get experience in all driving aspects if you are marked down for short journeys long journeys and driving at night But think the speed and smoothness is completely fair

It was easy to set up and sort out Trying to phone to validate my policy was a little harder tried to call and was on hold for 35 minutes with no answer tried again the next day and answered straight away and got it sorted Other than that everything was good
