Too many questions were askedQuestions I ve already answered when I was applyingAlso felt quite intimidating as I didn t understand some of the questions which made me so confused and anxious Now I feel like I can t even drive freely without being watched and monitored 24 7

This company doesn t care about your score

I always had a great overall score Yet they still increased my next insurance by 300 pounds Scammers UPDATE I switched to non-blackbox company which had less than 100 pound difference So I am no longer with this company or thinking to come back I increased the rating to 2 stars because on my second renewal it was cheaper but on my third renewal they tried to scam me by increasing more than what I was supposed to pay Many companies use the excuses of the area Well it is not my fault if others don t respect the highway codes Hence I am not intending to pay more as you also could monitor me and still had TRUST issues with me So strange

Awful customer experience

Awful customer experience Every time I call there s a minimum of 1-hour wait and then when they do answer the line is poor and sometimes it ends so I have to restart the wait Furthermore they give no help with mileage as they state they ll cancel the policy immediately if you go even 1 mile over the quantity you bought They give no warning sign to top up if getting close - only a warning sign that at the rate you re going you ll need to buy more miles by the end of year

Score usage driving at night

Recently been doing journeys seems like i cant even use the car 10pm at night or 1 or even 2am perhaps come mcdonalds because tracker picks up at -5 or -6 for rating as am guessing usage am driving safe keeping perfect scores always above 7 or 8 and following all limits and somehow always a - am guessing usage am not happy they say there isnt a curfew it isnt fair because i use the car in morning or at night or lightly midnight i get a - even know i stay safe i dont want this affecting my renewal or when my year is up which is due Mypolicy id care to like an explination i was also told that a Bluetooth transmitter can affect it but am no longer using that instead i have external carplay with dashcam with aux for music and my scores have been fine for a while now so i dont understand anymore

Not bad just expensive ive seen the bad reviews about this Company i hope i won t have these problems as well

Time wasting

After someone crashed into me they weren t very helpful in providing a courtesy car or the settlement claim in the end I got the settlement claim two weeks later and they never called me back about courtesy car

I have had numerous emails saying that

I have had numerous emails saying that the documents I provided are invalid when infact they are not such as driving licence passport and gov code checker

Zara who I spoke to was really helpful

Zara who I spoke to was really helpful and polite however already having problems with the insurance company as a whole and have been given false information I was quoted 3000 miles when I first went ahead with the policy and now my dashboard and policy documents are only showing 2000 miles which I think is a joke as I thought I was getting 3000 and was told 3000 is the minimum per year I was then quoted 500 for an extra 1000 miles to be added on I have sent all the proof in hopefully I can get this resolved as it s not on

I was really disappointed with this
