Friendly service clear what you are buying

Found this company via one of the comparison sites and as I d never heard of them I was a little unsure but the price and cover was affordable for my daughters first insurance and the reviews were positive Did everything online then followed up with a call as per their instructions to confirm all details were correct The lady we spoke to Kim was extremely clear and patient with my daughter and made sure she knew exactly what she had been sold and how the black box would work Only reason I haven t given a 5 is because we haven t finished the process yet so far I m impressed

Call centre assistant great Emails and app vague

Intital emails received are are vague on using the website and app Had to call the landline for assistance but the lady was lovely and talked through details with plenty of time and details Helpful for my young driver not used to making such important phone calls Wish I got her name

My experience with my policy has been fantastic from the customer service side of things just a shame the premium is super expensive They re all very helpful especially gave and Tracy who went above and beyond to explain everything absolutely brilliantly I do recommend this company highly but if your a new driver and are looking for insurance I d suck it up and pay the extra for a non-telematics policy because if you don t stick to your mileage your premium will go up and you ll end up paying 100s more each month other than that Absolutely awesome

Information about my insurance

I have called today regarding my policy I wanted to know some information about commuting to 2 different locations of work Ryan told me that as it is separate locations I would have to change to business insurance He was very helpful and as a new driving he explained to me why it would have to go onto business and what would happen if I have had a incident on the way to the second place of work

Helpful and reassuring

The lady I spoke to regarding my policy was incredibly helpful and sweet She gave me full explanations for the issues i was experiencing and reassured me of my policy She was friendly and willing and I ended the phone call feeling confident and comfortable

Gabe was amazing I had over 5 phone calls back and forth with different people with the phone calls ranging from 25-50 minutes each Then I called again and Gabe answered he literally solved every issue and had my insurance sorted within 20 minutes time he deserves a raise or some sort of promotion If I had a company I d hire this guy ASAP great customer service and the only person that was willing to go the extra mile to sort out my insurance and done it in one phone call and he somehow was the shortest phone call I had It would ve been sorted easily if gabe was the first person I spoke too
