The first person I spoke to was a man

The first person I spoke to was a man who was very rude and sarcastic to me not helpful at all However when I phoned back after he hung up on me I spoke to a lady and she was very helpful and polite

Really helpful

Really helpful I was coming to the last few days of my insurance and ran out of miles so they gave me a few more for free I also had some issues with the battery in my car which meant that the black box stopped working but they were very understanding Great company to work with would highly recommend
