Lucia appalling service at Nando s in Enfield
My experience with Nando s in Enfield Town Whist waiting for a table which they told me will take 5-10 minutes I was told by Lucia Manager of this branch after I have already waited longer then they told me to take my under 1 year old baby and 3 year old child to stand outside in the cold to wait because we are in the way When they had plenty of space on the side she could of ask me and my children to politely move to instead to wait What a disgrace and appalling service The rest of the staff members were brilliant and couldn t be more helpful after apologies for Lucia s behaviour Maybe they need to teach your manager to understand what good service towards customers looks like and think before insulting customers How you can have someone that represent your company like this running a branch I have no idea Your manager should be leading by example

The world has gone mad Queued outside a half empty Nando s got to the front told by the waitress that we couldn t sit at one of the many empty tables as the grill was full Sit my family at a table get us drinks take our money This is not how to welcome customers back to dining out very disappointed Can t book on-line either I m sure sure I won t bother going to Nando s again which is a shame I love Nando s Obviously they are making enough money to loose paying customers and have empty dining tables

Nando s Corby - NEVER AGAIN
I ve ordered 3 times from Nando s Corby for delivery First time received the wrong order Second time was delayed but ok Third time never received it after contacting the restaurant twice Estimated delivery times just kept updating for a later time The branch couldn t cancel and refund for some reason I can t understand Had to call customer service but they could only refund after delivery After 2 hours of placing the order still no order contacted customer service again for the refund Even customer service only refunded on my third call to them Never again

So poor Kids have been keen to go for ages Eventually today we gave in We visited the restaurant in Chichester West Sussex it was chaos kids and people everywhere The chap who showed us too our table was local but spoke so low and quick it was impossible to understand Once in there were people everywhere We managed to work out we needed to order via the website Ordered some drinks whilst we choose 15 minutes later no drinks and we were getting increasingly frustrated with trying to find the food of the menu We managed eventually to get a member of staff to help but he then said the reason we could not find anything we wanted to order was that they did not have it We cancelled the drinks and left Will not be back

Horrendously Overpriced
Absolutely not worth the price charged for the ridiculously skimpy portions When the food arrived I found myself thinking where is the rest of it The staff were friendly but not competent - we had to go looking for cutlery by ourselves I will NEVER eat there again

I ve just ordered Nando s from the West Hampstead Branch Unfortunately the driver didn t deliver and I ve been told my payment would be refunded to my account after 72 hours or 5-10 days I was told by Customer Services to reorder Quick question Nando s if that was all that I had in my account for a Friday take away meal how can I reorder My Cuckoo Cooked no pun intended

Went to Nandos at mall of emirates - ordered peri peri chicken burger and beef slice sandwich yes they do beef in Dubai The chicken burger was very salty inedible it also came with tiny slice of chicken the beef sandwich had a few slices of beef seemed like cheap and cheerful slices cobbled up from a local supermarket and there were about 13 chips total waste of money - cost us 33 - we ve always known Nandos to be a quality brand seems standards have dropped disappointed Avoid

2nd time our online order was messed up by the Slough queensmere branch 2items missing and half chicken missing too We received 10 worth of food from 30 order either they are incompetent or criminally dishonest I think the latter I wouldn t trust them with delivery orders You won t receive the food or a full refund
