Loving the Nosa team and products

I prefer to leave Google reviews but I couldn t find Nosa on there I m a domestic buyer based in Exeter and we purchased a bath sink taps from Nosa about 3 months ago It has taken time for our bathroom to be fitted and we re not there yet but I felt I should leave a review to say a couple of things 1 the quality of what we have received is second to none It is excellent We re very happy with the matt white bath and sink Time will tell about how well it stays easy to clean 2 the customer service I ve been amazed at how receptive the team at nosa have been I had loads of queries before buying and they were great at replying to these After ordering a couple of further queries came up including an issue about bath waste cover and sink waste cover - all remedied quickly and without hassle Really impressed with these guys Thank you especially to Alex and Paige who I ve dealt with directly and found to be so helpful I will update this review in a few months if there is a reason to comment on the quality of finish after using the bath for a while I ve been worried about the matt finish but I think any extra waning with a cream cleaner will be worth it Of note - the 600mm bath is f ing heavy 120kg but our fitters got it up our 1930s stairs and it should be absolutely OK in our bathroom once filled Watch this space Will hope to upload photos once fully installed

Great products and 5 star customer service

I was planning a full renovation of my bathroom and could not find what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay I accidentally stumbled across the Nosa website and it was exactly what I was looking for I ordered everything from them except the toilet as we wanted a Japanese one and the tub as we needed one with one side fitted to the wall George was super helpful in ordering all the parts and everything arrived on time The packaging of the taps was very thoughtfully designed After checking the delivery we discovered that the shower screen was too small A quick email later and George organised the delivery of the bigger one and the pick up of the small one We have just finished the renovation and we love it The black taps look really elegant and luxurious And the matt white resin of the bassin and shower are just perfect Really happy I found N sa by chance We are planning a smaller bathroom renovation in the near future and will definitely order from them again And 5 star to George The whole process was super easy thanks to him
