Friendly and helpful customer service great hair fast delivery
I just started my hair extensions business and Nanolocks have been incredibly helpful in getting back to me quickly on IG with any Qs and also helping with colour matches as I don t have a colour ring yet I also placed an order yesterday after the deadline for next day delivery so assumed I d be waiting an extra day but they came today exactly 24 hours after placing my order I haven t used the hair yet on clients but I have had it in my own hair before and loved it so I can t wait to try it out

Hair quality getting worse and worse
I have been using this brand of hair for the past 2 years and never had a problem until recently i got my most recent set put in of ktips in december and not even 3 weeks of them being in loads of the hair was shedding and falling out i got 4 packs and it barely feels like 2 packs now it isn t even blending in with my natural hair and the ends look horrible this is 100 a product issue and not an application one my stylist did an amazing application job i highly recommend going with a different brand as they won t do anything to compensate you as the hair has been in more than 14 days which is a ridiculous amount of time to give consumers to bring up a complaint and it doesn t adhere to the government consumer laws get your hair elsewhere
