An excellent experience for a first-timer

Alfie was our representative and he was able to ensure that we were able to get a loan to acquire a business even though we moved house during the process which complicated things Alfie had to go above and beyond chasing solicitors in order to make everything happen on time Thank you

All good as usual

Matthew was excellent at answering all my questions in a calm and understandable way I am totally new to owning my own business but he talked me through step by step and at no time did I feel rushed or pushed into making a decision My loan was the smallest that Nationwide provide although big for me but I felt that I was treated with the same care and diligence as I would had I taken out a 5million loan The whole team were polite and professional I highly recommend this company and Matthew as a New Business Director in particular

Very Happy

Time was my biggest issue as I had a deadline to complete a property purchase - I weighed up a bridge loan but there was no guarantee I would receive payment in time and I would also need a another loan to cover the bridge loan which made the total interest repayment similar to what Nationwide Finance had offered me NF appointed me an account manager - Ben Stock - who explained the process to me and timeframe It was a no brainer I read through the T C s over a couple of days and then gave my confirmation I wished to proceed The contracts were checked by their solicitors NF swiftly made the loan payment in 2 transactions within a 24 hour period

Great service again

This is the second time that we have used Nationwide Finance and our latest agreement was again managed very professionally and efficiently by Tony Wray He has a very friendly and helpful manner which made our agreement process very straightforward and quick Thank you Tony

Highly recommend excellent level of communication

There was a good level of communication that wasn t invasive but we were aware that Nationwide wanted our business and were able to provide us with a loan We felt well informed and that the decision to proceed was completely in our hands We highly recommend Nationwide and Tony Wray that handled our case Many thanks
