Spammers Never had anything whatsoever to do with them but they repeatedly send me SPAM Avoid

Spammers Even though I ve unsubscribed they still send me spam Never had anything to do with them ever unsubscribed from the illegal spam they send using the link in the email and they still waste my time A joke of a company

Not regulated according to the FCA Be careful if you miss a payment You will be hounded and charged an extortionate amount in charges

I rang them to talk about a business loan and the lady who answered me says the advisor is not available it says we are available 7 days She took my number to give it to an advisor to phone me but it has never happened I phoned them again and still they didn t have any advisor available After few seconds I received some spam emails from them and nothing else Shame

Please undertake your due diligence if considering a loan or credit facilities offered by this abhorrent disingenuous finance company its numerous subsidiaries parent companies controlling companies its many previously known corporate entities A search of companies house filings will put you on the right path to starting your own due diligence as well as several internet searches via the various search engines available a task that was previously heavily suppressed due to the High Court class action lawsuit against Nationwide Corporate Finance Limited by 17 of its farming agricultural clients in 2022 2023 Thankfully for the group of 17 clients their class action was successful as Nationwide Finance Limited had to settle within the High Court in their favour led by Clarke Willmott as legal counsel Thus creating a legal precedent for the large number of existing clients who have also found themselves in incomprehensible positions like ourselves We have been locked in a ongoing saga with Nationwide Finance Limited its legal counsel - Horwich Farrelly Limited for over 12 months now with multiple threats of legal action repossession of property The behaviour conduct of both parties above has been shambolic egregious vexatious which has caused untold stress throughout the ongoing process The Financial Ombudsman Service is engaged a complaint is being reviewed We refrain from divulging meticulous detail naming specific individuals from Nationwide Finance Limited it s previous current subsidiaries including parent controlling companies Horwich Farrelly Limited Nationwide finance Limited s Legal Counsel Carter Bond Solicitors independent legal advisors provided by Nationwide Finance Limited as we are not unreasonable people We offer the aforementioned corporate entities the opportunity to undertake the right honourable course of action that has been proposed thus far All of the above can be verified quantified via documentation that will be relied upon in court if required via self representation which we are more than content with undertaking or via the previously successful legal counsel that represented the class action stated above sufficient restitution will be remedied

This company send too many spam emails and calls - when enquiring I was in talks with a representative but had another 4 people contact me Unprofessional and complete nuisance

Customer service I was emailed by Nationwide Finance Limited and decided to apply for a business loan which said I was approved It appeared too good to be true Moments later I was contacted by my account manager ST Right off the bat I told ST that this seemed like a scam given how easily the approval went through I must have hit a nerve because his immediate response was Go check Trustpilot to see if we are a scam and call me back and he ended the call on that note Today Nationwide Finance emailed me again and went through the same process Amazingly ST account manager called me within seconds I reminded him of my name and details to which he said Do you think this is still a scam to which I replied Do you want us to make this work and which he responded I am going to end this call now He proceeded to hang up Nationwide Finance Limited contacted me by telephone on 19 December to apologise I said I would leave the review online but agreed to initial the names They seemed to agree with this at the time Since then they have been asking for more information about the interaction which there isn t any except the follow-up call from the manager However this led to the review being removed This review has been removed twice already

Approved for 10k loan with excellent credit score and business on good standing What they dont make clear is they want a secured loan on your property so far so good I have 50K equity but not good enough they required 100k equity - Wth has 100k equity on property if they did would not require a loan Stay away unless your name begins with Lord

I ve entered my details on their website to check their loans and rates via email within minutes No email arrived Instead a campaign of harassment began 8-9 calls 3 emails multiple voicemails in the space of a day and two hours I ve contacted two of their customer service people via email and I ve got no reply or acknowledgement Instead afterwards someone else got in touch I d never do business with a company like this let alone borrow money No way Their unsubscribe link on top of their emails is a scam too not working taking you to a random website I ve blocked them and won t go anywhere near them again
