Bad experience with positive ending

I have had a mixed bag with this company At first they were great Guy quickly sorted everything out for me the money got to me quickly Then I hit a bit a rough patch I couldn t get a hold of anyone in the company for a couple of months Everything got very tight but then things picked up with everything sorted including a token charge drop But this took too much time which had an impact on my company and mental health Of recent times I have struggled again especially with the current economic downturn and although Guy has been helpful I don t envisage using them again as I am looking to close things down Make sure you read everything they send you before signing

Loan approval and it s time frame

I have found most of the team at nationwide unhelpful during the pandemic I was at my wits end and didn t know what to do then I spoke to Paul McSherry who has been amazing my payments now manageable and there is light at the end of my tunnel Thank you Paul

Requires Guarantor

Advertise unsecured business Loans however they require a Guarantor and this is not revealed until the end of the process of applying with them

They are personable useful and offer constructive advice throughout They are always at the end of the phone when needed and will call you back within a short space of time if you need to speak to them urgently

Decidedly average

The initial consultation and information gathering was excellent Communication was very good other than our advisor going on leave without informing us or leaving an out of office reply although his colleague took over when we asked We were mislead about the timescales from signing the loan agreement to receiving the funds as crucial information about the process with the land registry was never mentioned We had to chase for updates daily until we received the funds
