WOW I am not impressed easily however I want your company to know how impressed I am My 1st impression was just reading your user manual it was so thorough detailed and professional Also the graphics attention to details repetition of important safety information as well as tips for easier use and the method approach communicating to the user customer left me without ANY confusion or questions Secondly the little extra reference card for pad placement was also a nice touch Just an extremely well designed professional user manual Lastly the actual device was easy to use The device sized perfectly and convenient to use I have zero complaints and I would champion this product to anyone that needs or trying to decide on a TENS unit SO THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR DESIGNING IMPROVING AND BRINGING THIS AMAZING PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS Extremely happy customer Jeanne Gelardi
