A must visit for baby items

We visited the Birmingham store to look at pushchairs and car seats ready for when baby arrives We were greated by Laura when we arrived at the Birmingham store and she was absolutely amazing She took us around the store to see the main options We knew we wanted a reclining car seat and she showed us exactly how the seat works and the safety features We then looked at the pushchairs and Laura showed us a variety of different options and brands Showing us how the different seats fit into the frame Laura was not a pushy sales woman and she got us the ultimate bundle for a really good price And then sold us the Maxi Cosi camera We are beyond pleased with our purchase Thank you to Laura for making our visit so enjoyable

We have visited the Telford store yesterday Amy was very informative and answer all our questions She has demonstrated all the pushchairs car seats that we want it and we have ended up with an amazing deal Definitely recommend to visit the store if you are expecting

Brilliant and helpful store in Leeds We were helped from the minute we walked in We were looking for car seat and pram and apart from a couple of recommendations we were fairly clueless We never felt pushed but supported and any price we d found online was matched in store We were competently helped by Sara but never felt under pressure or pushed into anything

We went to the Solihull branch and had a wonderful experience the staff were very knowledgable and gave us really good advice As new parents naturally we had many questions but they were really patient with us and we ended up buying a Cybex travel system followed by a baby crib in our second visit Overall very happy with the service and warm welcome from the team at the Solihull branch Special thanks to Klev who helped us at both our visits

We recently visited Newbie and Me to get some ideas of the next car seat required for our baby The service we received was nothing short of top class the lady who walked and talked us through everything and most importantly the safety features of the seats was very professional attentive and patient We left with our new car seat as satisfied customers they even installed it in our car for us We cannot recommend them enough Thank you Newbie and Me

Brilliant experience

We purchased our first pram with Newbie and Me and the whole experience was great Finding the right travel system can be a minefield staff were extremely helpful talked us through how they worked and all the features They even let us practice putting the car seat in our car They were able to price match too which was great much rather shop local than go to the online retailers Really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish

We honestly can t rate our experience high enough We re expecting our first baby and we were finding the while shopping experience very overwhelming From the minute we stepped into Newbie and Me we felt supported and guided without being pressured Liv was so helpful with all her advice and was patient with our many questions We even took our little spaniel along and they made such a fuss of him We ended up securing our car seat pram and next2me and will definitely be back for more
