I ordered a body suit in January received a tracking number and watched it move through the system but suddenly the tracking number stopped working When I contacted customer service I was advised that the item I had initially bought was no longer available can I still get it online As a result they sent me new shorts They never received tracking no email confirmation and nothing arrived Due to the shipment delay I received an email yesterday stating that my initial order will be replaced I suppose the shorts that never arrived were never sent Now it appears that I will be receiving a cami That is something I believe like I believe a pathological liar Today I filed a payment dispute with PayPal This is really absurd

Hair straightener combI also ordered the hair comb that was suppose to straighten your hair They show a video of the process and how to use it the product The product DID NOT work as advertised It was hard to get the hair between the teeth I requested a refund and still waiting for a response I just read the other customer with the same complaint I doubt they contact me regarding a refund their policy says contact them within 7 days The policy also says cannot return used products It has been 2 weeks and I just used this flat iron DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - they are SHODDY

Horrible company to be in If I could I d give no stars There is no true contact information for customer support instead they connect over Facebook Messenger When I tried to track down my order they said they had no record of it despite the fact that my credit card had been paid I alerted them that I would be challenging the 44 charge with my credit card provider but they somehow discovered my purchase and it had already delivered so there was no way to cancel it And as a result of the return s processing I will maybe receive a refund of 32 of my 44

I ordered the bra and the stick one on 12 26 22 and never received since come from China I gave them time E-mailed them on 2 27 23 cause supposedly package have been in post office since 1 7 23 but this is a lie Gave me fake tracking number They sent me a new one and I have never received its in the post office far away It s a scam I told them I have reported them on Mail fraud They told me something was wrong with my address when I receive mail there without problems Maybe I won t see my merchandise but will warn others about this fraudulent company that keeps your and don t give your merchandise
