My experience didn t start out great Whoever saw our ticket closed it without reading it They called it spam even though we used the same Subject in the ticket for several other tickets We have the Word Press option with Nexcess and we cannot setup our own out of office replies So the person who read the initial ticket closed it without examining the ticket This has happened before so we have to check to make sure Nexcess actually helped us or ignored us But when I called Zac was very helpful and apologetic for the situation and created out of office reply immediately Great work by Zac and poor work by Management at Nexcess in communicating to their Help Desk that some accounts cannot create their own out of office replies Why we can t is another issue altogether
