BE CAREFUL THERE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE

right now I am sure about their positive reviews are 100 FAKE Cannot believe with service like this someone will give you a good rating they cannot handle CRON JOB issue so how about the complix sitiuations when chatting with them they are asking to call for faster response when I call they spending hours with no result and then asking me to open a ticket for faster response finally when I opened a ticket my ticket goes to stupid bigginer people who do not know how to manage servers and resolve a small issue like this Its almost one complete day of working with a small issue and till now no one fix it MY SITE DOWN I spend more than 3 hours in calling from Germany to US with no solution ALL THEY SAID OPEN A TICKET FOR FASTER RESPONSE I cannot trust or respect a company like this to handle my business

The base installation of Magento 2 software from them was an old version which is a major security problem The admin panel had erroneous information available that according to support could not be updated Support took days to respond and ultimately could not reset our portal with a base system that was up-to-date Will not be using them again and advise others to stay away

A SCARY WEB HOST destroying people s businessOur site doesn t even receive much traffic from complained files and we adhere to all DMCA removals If you tell us what we have to do to stay on we are more than happy to comply Our site is for streamers indies to share their works not to promote infringing music You guys determined to destroy someone s business upon investigation and do it within 2 hours and not provide proper notice As you said we are not even 1 day or 1-month customer We have been there for 10 years and this is how you treat us It takes a LONG time to migrate a big site Right now our site remains down because it is really hard to find a windows 2008 server nowadays Trash web host DON T HOST HERE IF YOU DON T WANT TO LOSE YOUR BUSINESS IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS

Buyer Beware - Nexcess Is Not Best

Nexcess seems to have fallen apart in recent months The support is completely outsourced and often times unwilling and unable to provide any real assistance with their go to line of being Work with your developer I have been a customer since 2017 and am working to move all of my sites off Nexcess which has become a difficult task in itself

Not very user friendly

I signed up for hosting and after I paid and signed up I was informed i couldnt transfer my domain due to it being newer than 60 days There is no information or any type of popup or note informing people of this if they are trying to transfer a domain I was told that they would do everything on the technical end of it but its not true and if you are looking for a more user friendly way to set up hosting don t waste your time and save yourself the headache and go somewhere else I am also still waiting on my refund that has been longer than expected

Make payment 24 hours ago but could not reached control panel Waiting e mail from billing department for my tickets also they are not available for chat Not recommended Edit After 3 days could not get any service and my payment was refund Now I am trying to remove my account and credit card info

Worst Experience Ever

This has most likely been the worst experience of migrating to a new hosting service In particular the support has been poor Constantly chasing support tickets Slow replies - 7 hours sometimes Chat engineers are limited in their abilities to investigate technical issues and the opening support tickets Then support ticket staff replying to the same problem with different responses contradicting the other The company has too many different people working in support It needs to be streamlined and get staff on board who have the skills they advertise - WordPress etc Also escalation to their onboarding manager and other senior staff resulted in one email reply from one person No one else in the thread Nothing after that Most of the solutions were then actually done by our own staff in-house If you have a large website compay reputation depending on it - do not use this host Look at someone who really does care about new customers amd providing support that you expect

25 minute wait for an untrained technician his assessment

25 minute wait for a technician who was new and couldn t help Referred to a second technician 15 min later the first man could not get anyone to help him 2nd guy said it was the password- but never mentioned you had changed incoming and outgoing sign on on registry so NO mail could come in or out Our firm was never advised of the necessary changesIs there something below 1 star

Shoddy Hosting Service

My website was taken offline for a three hour scheduled maintenance on their servers Once the maintenance ended they were unable to restore service to my website for seven plus hours They claimed they were conducting a disk restore on the hypervisor which did not work This is extremely poor service

Since Nexcess took over Futurehosting things are BAD

Since Nexcess took over Futurehosting their customer service has become worse and worse and worse They ve gone from like 3 minute response time to sometimes up to 12 hours guess why outsourcing to Asia They have messed up my website they cannot provide the services they used to - and they are by NO means WP experts any more Very sad
