Overall it was a great experience
Overall it was a great experience The only issue is that were changes were supposed to stay dormant until approved and then released to the live site and the changes went live as they were done not sure what happened there They did work hard to ensure everything we wanted was changed and on very short notice I really appreciated their services As someone that couldn t make the changes myself I am super thankful

I was so relieved that someone answered the phone when I called to get support to have my website runs efficiently The agent was patiently listening to me I wasn t sure how to explain what I needed but she gently asked me for two pieces of information When she couldn t complete the task because it needed another department to hand that step She asked me to send in a ticket By the time the ticket got there another agent took it and emailed me to reassure me they will handle it When he was done he sent me another email to confirm and explained my next step Thank you soooo much for mitigating my anxiety
