Some issues with AI

Nexo s AI still requires some improvements After sending the message help 3 x I noticed the AI will give up and send you to a customer service agent Hardly any waiting time and these people are to the point for the 4 times I contacted them

Have a transaction in mempool for

Have a transaction in mempool for almost 24 hours and the team just tells me they can t help me Even those its there error for sending the transaction with too low of fee for it to go threw Now no help So I ll be moving my 80k dollars somewhere else since they don t care to accelerate a transaction

They changed interest rates overnight

I used to be very happy with nexo But last Sunday I noticed that my interest income was halved It went from 8 to 4 My crypto went from 5 to 4 Furthermore I have 0 free withdrawals No announcement in my Nexo app or mailbox nothing P s I have noticed a change in their offering with flex - and fixed terms With the latter one it possible to have 8 interest with FIAT money if you deposit for 3 months Payout of interest will be at the end of the fixed period

Exorbitant exchange fees

Exchange fees are very high When you will do an exchange you will see your portfolio going down by about 5 percent And that 5 percent out of your portfolio is unrecoverable The app is advertising free service fee for exchange and no more than 0 75 percent spread fee which is totally not the case Apart from the exchange everything else seems to be fine so far

Slow loan approval on USDC Not instant at all

I ve deposited significant capital to Nexo as collateral I was happy earning interest over the many months I ve been with them However I have now tried taking a loan with them in USDC which they say on their website should be instant to less than 30 mins It s been 3 hours and the funds are still not available for withdrawal UPDATE Resolved I contacted support via live chat The loan was approved shortly after 3 hours

Missing eth deposit not been reassured by customer support

I really want to like this app used the loan feature with no issues but ever since I tried to transfer some ETH from blockfi to nexo it s been missing despite confirmation on etherscan I am receiving very little reassurance of when I will get my funds back Can see others are experiencing the same issue and I really hope this is resolved asap Can t recommend to anyone until this is resolved Case number - 411802

For two times I contacted customer

For two times I contacted customer support for two deposits that was not posted in my account My first ticket was more than a month ago This one was not resolved because the transactions were not included in a Blockchain block My 2nd ticked was sent on may 05 2021 after the transactions were verified by the Blockchain and more than 15days still my deposits are not posted

The app never works Ive input my basic info now several times and when you submit nothing happens Thus I can t progress with the features I downloaded it for I ended up having to open the account via the web page on my phone subsequent visits to see if I had managed to do several transactions correctly also needed to be done through the web not the app Why is this

Many times i have troubles trying to buy nexo token there was a message saying that an error were ocurried really before i love nexo wallet but nowadays i only like otherwise if you fix this problem with your credit card validation system i will try to buy once again
