Great service Adrian

I had connection issues and then my server went in to a restart loopAdrian Ponce helped me in chat and took care of the ticket and sorted the server out fast as he could Was the best service i got from nitrado since the start of my server Thanks Adrain keep up the great work

Costumer service was really helpfully

Costumer service was really helpfully but sadly had issues with mods on my ark server Without mods it worked fine but for some reason it didn t like the mods and was stuck in a infinite loop Weirdly my cousin made his own server and didn t have issues with modes so guess it s a little hit and miss

I have used Nitrado for 3 Years to host

I have used Nitrado for 3 Years to host my ARK cluster We have 900 members The support from their support team can be very hit and miss if you get a good agent you get great support and vice versa They offer stable services but lately the price increases has made them less competitive with other companies who have better support and provide an equal quality of server

Enrique was Great The rest left much to be desired

I loved the support by Enrique Palomino However my earlier assistance was marred by incomplete communication about my server status and was even told to be patient only to have nothing further being done and no follow up Even then the issue was not resolved and only Enrique made sure it was working as needed Thanks again Enrique

to expensive

Great servers but now that is has no competition is doubled in price and many people including me cant pay 30 a month for a game server Thats almost as much of the game itself but you have to pay it monthly

Nitrado has had issues but there has been improvement

Added additional info as requested I can add service ID if needed Been a Nitrado customer for 5 years several servers to include recent ASA launch My initial review was overly harsh I still want to show the things Nitrado has to improve to be worth the cost of their Ark Servers as well as other games Let s start with the negative-Lack of User Interface Options both old and new games -Lack of Server Controls from Web Console this is a common feature on most server providers panels -Missing many most options for a game where options have not changed Old and new games they have not added many of the options that are configurable through ini -Server Corruption which their team could not fix and they wiped my server luckily I knew how to fix it so I had to manually FTP into my server and fix it -Lack of server options when purchasing a new server even choosing a location was unavailable at first though I could move the server after purchase Now to be fair here are the positive things for Nitrado Selection they have a great selection of games available Simple to understand menus and FAQs The customer service in the past was pretty slow but this last few tickets they seem to be working to improve that so credit is due Hopefully their techs can improve their troubleshooting and fix action knowledge and this could be a strength Many of the people working there are excellentWhile much of my frustration is lack of server functionality and poor customer service they have improved on half that equation so I am adjusting my review from a very harsh 1 out of 5 to a more fair and accurate 3 out of 5 Again as these things fix I plan on coming back and reviewing Nitrado and all other server providers

No help from support even 12 hours Later

No help from support even 12 hours later not a single word server has been down for over 12 hours with no answer For how much we are paying for these servers this is completely unacceptable Edit They did end up giving everyone who got servers early 8 days extra basically all the people who had tons of issues im definitely still upset about how in the dark I was left but at least they gave me back 8 days I cant complain about that

When they work

When they work they re decent The UI is clunky for Ark They dont really seem to actually care to make it something that works great or it very easy to use If there were other options for Ark ASA I would definitely NOT use nitrado but if you need a server for ASA Nitrado will work Sometimes

They fixed an issue that made their service unusable

However the team did fix my issue Good job to the technicians bad job to the execs for rolling out a buggy product Thanks for the reply Anna very good customer service although it took a day understandably they did get back to me and fix my issue Love the customer service and the technicians product is still shaky at best in my opinion Raising my review based on the help I received the service team deserves it overall company does not
