We need to contact support during backups

I started a backup over 14 19 and the game server became unaccessible during 4h However I could talk in a chat with the Nitrado support Ali Abadallan and he moved my machine to another server I m still waiting but he told me that the process take 30 minutes The reason of the 3 stars is that I was not able of doing anything during the backup process like cancel it and the interface didn t showed any progress or state It would be nice to show such information so that users can see the progress and have an estimate of the backup time I was waiting for 4h and I had to contact support for solving it

It s fine in some games but not all

I had ark servers for a long time and never rely had problems On rust server well it is a pain App Rust cant connet the server despite i have even added the ports still not working The header image is not exiting Like not there at all i have set the image to prequesites required and the tried every file site i could and still not working If you want a Rust server in nitrado i advise another company if it is Ark server well this is your thing

I m having a problem getting onto the

I m having a problem getting onto the server it keeps saying cannot retrieve access I have submitted two tickets in six hours and have not heard anything back I have obviously already put in a ticket and email them several times After they email me back it took them minutes to fix the problem I m just happy they were able to fix it

Deleted

First time user and all was going well for the first 3 days on our coop scum server until we logged in yesterday to find all the work we had done on it just got out right deleted tried to restore but no luck so we have changed services I can t recommend it because of what happened in our case and also the basic setting for the games setting don t explain much when going though it but I can say there servers ran smoothly thoughtout and was pleasant up until that point

Gone Downhill

Used them for years amongst other server hosters and suddenly the service has been atrocious servers stopping without notice - sometimes setting your game back a while Going to take my 3 servers and try someone else

Run fine for a week on a ark server

Run fine for a week on a ark server then a update happen this when stuff start to go sideways took me a day to get my server back on custom service by email is full of automated responses Called them said me was normal on update days Then after the server comeback on the next day i couldnt restart my server anymore till today this was 3d ago so i decide to cancel my service and wont get anything from them anymore

I have had the server for three days

I have had the server for three days first day was fine Second day the server went down kicking me and my son off didn t come back for three hours Later in the day it again booted us out came back up after about 10 mins then at 23 50 hours it booted my son out again don t know how long it was down we went to bed Today has been working fine but 5 minutes ago it booted me out I was playing and moving Not at all happy

Nothing Special Could Have Made a Ticket Myself

Nothing special - agent didn t appear to know what I was contacting them for I d already put the information in the chat request form that I had to fill out Nothing exceptional about the experience He proceeded to send fill out a support ticket - something I could have done already instead of wasting my time with chatting to someone who can t do anything to actually resolve my issue

Started a 7 days to die server applied changes to settings then started the server Server became unusable and contacted support to fix it Adrian Ponce from support did a good job helped make up for the annoying server problem Had this exact same problem before when i started an Ark server

Great customer service shame about the actual provision of a server

I want to be clear that the service I received from Ali was great no complaints at all Unfortunately however the actual process of acquiring a working server was impossible This is not the first time I ve had issues with Nitrado and despite their cheap cost I will be going elsewhere in future
