Renting a property in ECR

Very Good Experience with no broker in listing out properties Initially it might take time to search as the relationship manager might need to get some ideas for the property location budget preferences But as you keep visiting properties you will get closer to your preferred choice You might need to negotiate on some boundaries like budget based on the demand and availability as it also depends on the city and area booking frequencies Would like to thank my Relationship Manager Kiran Kumar for assissting me and listing out the properties according to my choice He tried his best to negotiate with the owners and also searched proper flats which matched my demands

TODAYI have used Relax plan for Banglore shifting and Prathima B who was relationship Manager for house search She was very helpful to find although it was a great challenge to find the house of your choice in Bangalore People are returning from Home after corona and demand is too high compared to supply causing huge inflation in house rent and owners No broker helped me to come out of stress for house search A special thanks to Prathima B from No broker I do really recommend while searching the house take No broker relax plan Specially in Bangalore Mumbai kind of city as instead of paying full month rent to Brokers it is very small amount which helps them to run the business brokers certainly increase the house rent again what owner expects

My experience with nobroker was very good

NoBroker service is good The people who contact you are patient and helpful in every way Even the field team who show the houses are friendly But the number of calls is the only downside I understand that sometimes the customer also needs a push and I am guessing that is why they are doing it Good Professional Services Especially by rajesh who facilitated everything for us

My experience with nobroker was very good I have taken Relax plan in Bangalore Got assigned Relationship manager as Prathima B she was very helpful to contact owners and provided list of houses for requested area Finallly Within 2 weeks found the compatible house for my family Even she negotiate with owner for token advance payment Thanks to Nobroker and RM - Prathima B
