Our experience with NoBroker was

Our experience with NoBroker was moderate Our Relationship Manager Nikesh Kumar Siwan was very polite and soft spoken We got very less flat recommendation by RM and we have to shortlist flats by our own We used to send flat details to our RM and then he was checking if flat is available or not I had experience that broker has very good flat as compare to NoBroker and if you are lucky then only you ll get good flat through this service and I was one of them Unfortunately I have to do all the negotiation with owner but finally we found the flat which fulfilled our all the requirements

It was mixed experience

It was a good experience to find a house through NB Pooja helped me to get one However the property I chose that was searched and found by me only I didn t not get any negotiations assistance Also I paid Rs 379 to complete the rental agreement process For which I DID not get any assistance from Nobroker s end

Useful but with caveats

I was able to find a decent property through No Broker within a reasonable time Had purchased the Tenant Relax plan where a Relationship Manager RM is allotted to search schedule visits and negotiate on your behalf The 1st RM allotted was nearly completely inactive Went on 3 consecutive holidays of which the last 2 were without even informing me Upon request allotted another RM This RM was active in searching and scheduling meetings However one thing that I found was that the promise of RM with Local Area Expertise wasn t fulfilled The core reason why I chose a plan with dedicated RM was to have someone with expertise in that locality That wasn t the case I did most of the relevant searching and all the Expertise I got is anyways available to anyone who does some basic search on the portal I expect that an expert would be able to give me an understanding of the kind of accommodation in a particular locality but I had to find that first hand by visiting I don t know if this was the RM s fault or the organization s but more investment may be needed in this aspect so as However on the RM s insistence the property was not given to other interested parties and Rent Deposit were revised slightly downwards which is a good advantage to have Thus go ahead with the paid plan by all means it saves brokerage but go for the RM plans with clear expectations

I have used no Broker paid plan it was very useful my RM- Priya Palani Helped me a lot to find a good house Within 1 week of time I have found my rental house with my requirements Thanks again to No Broker and Priya Palani

Tried the relax plan My relationship manager Mr Sastry really helped a lot by taking the burden of shortlisting flats talking to the owners scheduling the visits off my shoulders negotiations for me He understands my requirements and shares multiple contacts and sets meetings with the property owner All together good experience
