Never opt for no broker

Never opt for no broker Extremely unprofessional poor service and they don t stick to the time We booked their packers and movers service in advance and they did not turn up and were not even bothered to inform on and delay Our complete house is messed now

Not Trustworthy company specially for NRI customers

We trusted no broker a lot after reading lot of good reviews about them and got NRI property management plan they asked us to maintain the flat like painting repairs and deep cleaning All the services performed were very substandard and the worst part they cannot generate any leads They took pictures of the house when house neither painted or cleaned and when i informed them to update the pictures they never did It seems they are interested in only home services but never renting the flat I tried to contact them after writing multiple emails and follow up but no one ever cared to response or address concerns but only to sell more services Extremely dishonest company extremely good on phone while selling and lacking on the service side

Worst Nobroker renovation service

I have paid 1 lakh amount for home renovation before 25 days but still the vendor is not assigned to the work No proper response from nobroker side We keep on calling multiple times but every time we are getting some reason and work is getting delayed We are very disappointed with the nobroker service and the Renovation team is also the worst ever i have seenThe thinks what we have planned related to house warming are all getting spoiled due to delay in the serviceI requested a Refund and they are not refunding me and Even work also not getting done nobroker is doing fraud to all customers

Very unprofessional

I booked cleaning services for my bathroom from nobroker before dewali as on Oct 22 I was aware due to festival I will not get the services due to rush but on the day of cleaning nobroker cancelled my booking and give reason that his cleaning staff is not picking up the phone and we won t be able to provide service today We can only provide after Diwali which I don t need that the customer care was very rude while talking

Worst Service and FAKE Promises Nobroker Packers and Movers

Nobroker Packers and Movers are nothing but the Worst Packers and Movers you can ever find They are giving all fake promises at the time of taking the booking and after you make the payments all gone There will be no one to handle your concerns and the contract of moving the goods they will give to some low-grade third-party vendor who is ready to work at a lower price than what they have got from you Never Ever use their service if even they give it for FREE because your mental health and valuable home goods are more important Not even a single promise that they make is actually true because they are not providing any service themself and all the contracts they will give it to some cheap vendor and in the end no one will be accountable for your issues or goods SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS FRAUD NOBROKER Company

Awful service

I have availed home cleaning service recently The quality of work done is poor Post cleaning bath room tiles shows white patches when contacted nobroker broker customer care asked me to upload pictures of the issue which we did After that they do NOT have any resolution to my problem Appears to me this company is cheating customer and escaping from their promise of service warranty

NRI s don t waste your money and time

NoBroker took amount mentioning helping NRI s help buy properties and service is good However it turned out to be a complete waste of money They frequently changed resource managers and they didn t show a single right property as per my preference Additionally the person who sold the service blocked my contact on WhatsApp and isn t responding Haven t seen a more unprofessional organisation I would not recommend to any NRI s as they are a bunch of people who take money but they show true colours after taking money

They make fool very easily BEWARE of them

I took a Relax plan where it is mentioned that you will be assisted with Relationship manager and will be helping you out to get the property However they are just on calls and will not ensure how exactly the property is at the location Whatever the pictures the owner provide they will describe the same This does not make any sense On top of it I got 50 leads no expiry still had 30 days I did not even got the welcome mail stating that if a finalized property is cancelled then our plan expires entirely and then we cannot access the pending leads I mean is this the assistance you provide After cancellation of that property due to my family decision and space shortage we changed our mind to start a search for 1BHK again from the no broker pending leads Now this was to my surprise that Nobroker has deactivated my plan though i have 31 leads and expiry was after a month I mean they make fool and play with the feelings and your situation Its better to go with the Real Estate Broker who atleast shows you multiple properties and is there physicallywith you to assist you whatever the situation is When i am ready to provide all proofs and communication to the the team Escalation Team - Rakshitha S still they dont want to support Definitely i will be never recommending such frauds like No Broker and for sure will circulating the same to all social media platforms atleast people like me wont get fooled

Please never opt for NoBroker Packers

Please never opt for NoBroker Packers and Movers as they will damage all your goods and will not even give you any compensation after paying for insurance money Its been a devastating journey and a complete hassle working with this guys to do my house shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad Do not fall for their promotional videos The packing is never done as shown in the website They outsource the packing and movers work to some third party vendors and they are rude to us They just pull apart everything and dump in their cardboard boxes and will never hear a word you say about the packing They even ask for money at the end of packing even though you would have paid for the NoBroker Its disheartening to loose valuable items because of such a poor and value less packing and moving services provided by them
