Please dont use packers and Movers though No broker

HiI have used their service on 17th July 2021 from Bangalore to Greater Noida My biggest mistake was Personally I was not in place at Bangalore when loading was done and my spouse was not comfortable in Hindi as all the executives were much into Hindi Let me first quote you the positive news 1 Delivery as committed was honored by the team 2 Packing of TV was ultimate3 Mode of payment is easyDisadvantages 1 I was informed a separate movement manager will be allocated and just a call is enough to reach him directly Honestly it was irritating as each time someone else will pick up and say your manager not in place and ask all details every time 2 Payment invoice never shared of all the amount paid Waiting till date 3 Useless packing material No Broker committed for 3 layer packing You know all the material was packed by news paper and I had to unpack and scrap them latter 2 All the boxes were 3 4 th filled like garbage and ended up paying 8K additional 4 Delivery person were in damn urgent stating they need to go back to Delhi So I had to unpack and settle things slowly Always in rush to vacate the place 5 I was committed that beddings will be packed into the box available in cot Literally all the items was separated and filled in separate boxes 6 Dent in fridge missed the wheels in my washing machine stand No reply for the same even after continous follow up Please don t book No broker packers and movers and get banged They will talk beautifully but will literally give you headache ThanksHi I had received the reply from the nobroker team which is very sounding and far far better than the service given by their movement team I was refunded for the defect incurred I want to sincerely thank Ms Farheen for the seriousness and efforts to solve this issue Hope the no broker team makes sure proper packing material and methods being used their vendors to promote hassle free shifting in future Ms Farheen was in continuous follow up with me on the issues I had faced got the details in depth and assured me of resolving the complaint She honored her commitment and made sure things are in place lead by an example for customer support Thanks RegardsPalani

Missing tinny things but very important

Missing tinny things but very important like washing machine inlet washer manual and shoes Even though they ask where to keep yet they dump things in unprofessional manner Example they dismantled the coat but didn t fix it back then I have to call them to fix it Time for unpacking need to be increased as they hurry up things and in this process things may get damage or misplaced

Absolutely No I had taken Legal services There are two components one is due diligence which is also done by bank and other is registration service They charge high as compared to the charges available locally Further you will be charged additionally by the advocate at the registration office It will be spur of the moment and you will have be pay it Go for local advocate rather

Poor Services

I paid for property buying assistance and was promised a guaranteed property The relationship manager assigned to me had no clue of the property market in the metro city Gurugram I had to invest my time and guide the relationship manager One property that I agreed to view the nobroker team arranged the viewing but no one turned up for showing the apartment and apartment keys were not made available causing a big embarrassment The relationship manager was changed twice A good concept but poor execution

Bad experience

Firstly they are providing any value by staying in between customer and packing agency Multiple people will call saying this and that however they pitch you will have dedicated manager My suggestion is not to go for it as they don t have any clarity and how to do this business

In borivali maximum society do not allow Muslim family Only one building is alloted for muslims in Mhb colony Neither you will not get any flats in any societies being Muslims

Please provide a reliable status of the work

I took their service based on a friends recommendation Honestly a great concept but poor execution My experience with getting a rental agreement was less the pleasant While the customer care people seem like caring and responsive they are not empowered have the right information to resolve any issues Few things I realised 1 You should use the app I used the web application2 There are various departments -- you should know how to reach them 3 There is no way to call them you have to contact them on chat and they will call you by any chance if you miss their call then again you to contact them backI m still waiting for my documents to arrive My major grievance is that they not able to inform me the expected day and time of delivery I m not expecting them to deliver in 15 minutes but at least idea around 2 days 3 days some range and more clarity as the documents gets processed I can understand if there a delay in getting a stamp paper but I can t understand the delay once the document is ready but taking time to get delivered from Point A to Point B I was even ready to go and pick up Hope they will spend less on marketing but little bit more on improving the customer experience I mean delivering the work not multiple phone calls

NoBroker sad part

Owner Servicing owner-rm-servicingI am the owner and taken premium plan of Nobroker for property maintenance and tenant search to rent my flat in Bangalore I will not suggest property owner to go with Nonbroken for renting their property here are some issue that I faced and still facing -- Never pay until unless written document of company and owner agreement is not shared I believed on words and paid 27k for service later I feel I am stuck and then they started playing their game- I paid for property maintenance like damage light fixing etc that is also not done properly and lost some money -They arranged tenant after long time as per my rent and deposit requirement and took my concern after that they started discussion for 8 service fee on monthly rent and 2 month security deposit that was not discussed before 27k payment -I agreed for 8 and 2 month deposit then they moved tenant before agreement signed -I allowed that too then they asked for 3 working days to transfer rent and remaining deposit but after 3 days also they did not -I mailed them again and they again ask for 3 more working days So overall i got more than 100 calls more than 100 mail communication just for searching tenant maintenance rent deposit transfer its a big trap so please start dealing on the basis of agreement document and don t believe words better not to go with such kind of un professional company who are just earning from tenant and owner but not taking care for both

Good work but asking extra money

Good service very quick and clean but i was promised the workers won t ask for extra money but they did and stood around me while staring at me i said i wouldn t give extra money They said the bill will go for the company and they won t get any i felt bad and gave them 700 rupees while they asked like 1000 rupees very dissapointed but they did the job well

The time was followed well Shifted most of the things which were in the itinerary The cost was really nominal during the quotation but was not after everything was shifted But few drawbacks are also there We said two cylinders to be shifted but the people took only onePacking clothes were ok but dumping the suits also in the same manner was really bad The book shelf iron board some of the kitchen items and office chair which was mentioned in the itinerary when the quotation was made and also during the shifting manager call was left without shifting We had to give even extra money for the people who came to shift our things Thank you
