I opted for package and mover thinking

I opted for package and mover thinking that no broker is a big brand and will give best service My experience is very pathetic They damaged my new bike part and no one even bother to respond and take ownership of helping with it Will never recommend this to anyone

No broker people before subscription given 100 assurance about rental property but once I subscribed of 3580 - they not respond as they responding before I not getting flat yet near karvenagar and warje area

Very pathetic and hopeless services from nobrokermoversandpackersEveryone kept telling me to go for urban company but it was our worst decision to opt for nobrokermoversandpackers You are cheaters liars and unprofessional big time The house shifting team was very careless have damaged our wooden cabinet badly Took away my iphone charger and cable On the day of shifting they left our stuff unattended on the road and went for lunch all at once Without even informing us that our stuff is kept on the road and not loaded in the truck Sharing pick below And now not refunding the security amount paid for the cartons which we held back The team manager simply will not answer the call or fool you with some false promises Its been a month calling nobrokercustomercare and nobrokermoversandpackers team I shout out to others DO NOT opt for their services They are big liars and cheaters and getting work from them is simple harassment Even local movers and packers are better than them Sharing pick of proof of damages caused chat with their local manager Mr Punit Sharma the liar and cheater Urbancompany is much better in their services and they have more professional people Our registered id is 9106172NoBroker Packers MoversNoBroker comNobroker nobroker nobrokermoversandpackers

Terrible Experience with NoBroker False Promises Zero Support

I had a terrible experience with Nobroker The salesperson promised guaranteed home rental in 45 days with a dedicated relationship manager and field manager After buying the subscription the managers barely communicated and ignored my calls Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue the company did nothing They make false promises provide no support and are unprofessional Avoid them at all costs

Extremely poor experience with Nobroker Damaged our goods least bothered to solve the issue you can keep calling them and no addressal of issues

Nobroker is a scam be careful from them

I have booked the movers and packers from Delhi to Bangalore on 21- Dec-2023 Booking id- HSPM- 9343788 The time to pickup was for 2 PM but the pickup teams didn t showed up till 2 30 PM We enquired with the pickup team against which they shameless the executive of Velvet logistics - Ms Muskan told that the team has just left from Dwarka which is 40 KM away from pickup location We have tried again and again the executive of Velvet logistics and Nobroker Executive Ms Preeti didn t provide the proper time At around 4 30 PM the pickup team after various follow up came for the pickup Your sales Executive Mr Mohammed Nadeem is crook person while making sales they will call 100 times and make fake promises and will remove the goods himlelf and will not make proper quotation During the time of quotation we have clearly told him that rope pulling will be required for the bed and sofa set we have LED TV electronics items however he did not mentioned it in the quotation At around 8 PM the labour came for the pickup denied to rope pull the bed and sofa I was in Bangalore and my wife and sister requested multiple times I have made 100 times to your service centre After 1 hr labour made arrangements to carry the bed and sofa set At 11 PM they made a list of excess item and told that we will not carry the goods unless nobroker team allows us to do that They asked for extra charge for 20 000 - which I have already told them all these goods were present However they will not mentioned and will charge extra This is one of the worst services i have ever seen in my life I have called 100 times to your call center and logistics partner while i was in Bangalore My sister and wife alone were taking care of shifting of goods The logistics partner velvet is one of the worst people and they don t know how to talk to women and customers I had paid Rs 53000 - plus additional RS 14 000 - Total Rs 67 000 - This is the worst day of my life to book the transportation from Nobroker

We have recently purchased a plan for selling our home in prime location of Hyderabad Still they didn t find single buyer They put zero effort in showing property to potential buyers and the ad was showing on 104th position even after paying premium amount Only team that works well in nobroker is sales team Rest all are good for nothing Never ever approach no broker for selling your property

STAY AWAY FROM NoBroker IT is a fraudulent company

NoBroker is a fraudulent company Better find alternatives In my case I paid 25000 INR for the initial contract and was told it s refundable if they can t get Tenent for my apt after few days I been told that they fond a tenant and later backed out and then claimed since we found a tenant so we can t refund your money I asked them if you found the tenant then share the proof rental agreement etc no response wrote multiple email to their escalation email address but same never got any response I am considering filing legal complaint STAY AWAY FROM NOBROKER

Stay away from NoBroker plans Especially - Best Effort Super Relax Plan NRI

I m giving my honest experience with NoBroker Best Effort Super Relax Plan NRI plan I hope this will help atleast one to think twice before opting a plan I have opted this plan by discussing a person name Abhishek NoBroker NRI services sales Once you have done the payment he is not responsible for whatever happens He promise you to arrange a best RM and he assure you that RM will help for many things Here it comes the second part sales will assign you RM and FRM In my case primary RM was Nithya and sometimes buffer RM was Sumaiya They reach you each 7days however for my case in 90days not ever a single person visited my property though it is in prime location FRM- in my case FRM was Sylversterstalin As per requirement he supposed to visit property and take pictures and in case of leads he supposed to take customers to the property However I never get a chance to talk to him and with my knowledge he never visit my property I have checked my property sales representative and asked many times whether FRM reached or not Overall I bitter experience and not satisfied with their plan In 90days not even a single person visited property Overall the management promises that they are doing their best but we don t see any results
