Bad Experience with No Broker

My experience with No Broker was Bad when my tenant vacated after 12 months They paid me only 11 months rent even though we gave all the proof that we didn t receive the 12th month Rent The Relationship manager keeps changing and the new person has no idea what to do No Broker deducted money front my tenant to make repairs in the apartment which they did not do They say no brokerage but whn tenant vacates they somehow know how extract money from both owner Tenant I have complained multiple times but no one responds

Rental Rooms

It was like 50 50 contribution As we are the one going out and searching the room based on the location which is shared Which is most of time not accurate as per our experience and few times the owner shown Nonworthy rooms compare to the photos they uploaded It was frustrating as we have go and visit the room and finally room will not be there in that location or different rooms shown We thank to our relationship agent Vikas for his genuine effort in finding us the suitable rooms

No Broker Contract for Hiring Tenant

I hired No Broker as an NRI with lot of expectations and have been totally disappointed with their service in the past one year No accountability on the agreed terms and they are in touch till you pay the Fees and after that you are at their mercy I am Even struggling to get my existing tenancy contract renewed and today being the last day of the contract still not heard from them It needs lot of follow up for small issues and RM keep changing very often The inspection were never done as promised and when done are always against the owners with only intention of extracting more money in the name of maintenance

Disappointing Delay in Rental Agreement Delivery from NoBroker

I recently had the experience of using NoBroker to facilitate the rental agreement process for my new apartment While the initial stages of the online platform were smooth and efficient I was left highly disappointed by the delay in delivering the hard copy of the rental agreement especially after opting and paying for next-day delivery Got a call From the Delivery Person around 11 PM Rediculous service The convenience of handling the entire rental agreement process online was a major factor in choosing NoBroker The platform offered a user-friendly interface that guided me through the necessary steps seamlessly However my positive experience took a nosedive when it came to the delivery of the physical document After completing the online documentation and payment for next-day delivery I expected a swift and timely arrival of the hard copy as promised by the service Unfortunately this was not the case The delivery was delayed by several days causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience The lack of communication from NoBroker regarding the delay was particularly frustrating I found myself reaching out to customer support multiple times only to receive vague and unsatisfactory responses The lack of transparency in addressing the issue further added to the overall dissatisfaction Moreover the delayed delivery impacted my moving schedule and created uncertainties during an already stressful time of transition The whole purpose of opting for next-day delivery was defeated and the additional cost incurred for the expedited service felt like a wasted investment While I appreciate the convenience of NoBroker s online platform for rental agreements the delay in delivering the hard copy significantly tarnished my overall experience I would caution others to carefully consider the delivery timeline and potentially explore alternative services to avoid similar inconveniences NoBroker has the potential to be an excellent platform but improvements in delivery reliability are crucial for a positive user experience

movers and packers services from nobroker

The movers and packers services from nobroker is extremely bad I booked relocating service from pune to mumbai at 9 am but the vehicle and team got there by 2 pm later on also they were gone for about 1 and half hour the tempo they brought was too small to accomodate the luggage yet they startes loading and when all the things didn t fit they charged extra 4000 for it too also the electronics item including fridge washing machine werent packed in bubble wrap at the time of booking the person told me everything will be covered in bubble wrap all lies The team was also not helpful and difficult to deal with I would never recommend nobroker services to anyone
