After the feedback in Trustpilot site Rework has been carried out on 29th Jan 2023 Thanks for the follow up and continued support to Ankita Dutta from Web escalation team for the rework This is FRAUD Service Providing COmpany for home cleaning service Paid for Premium service however not even got basic service DO NOt waste money with this FRaud company

Renting out the property

I recently signed up for Property Management service to rent out my property So far it was not a best service They identified the tenant with in committed time but while transition from old tenant to new tenant the inspection team did not do good job and critical damages are identified by new tenants and NoBroker making me to pay Also their internal team coordinations are very bad Every issues they are blaming each other and I could not get proper answer They try their best to close the issue without giving proper response Followup Thanks for the response How to provide contact details In public You can find it by email I d associated with this website I dont see a way to communicate further in privateFollowup 10th August They had asked for contact details for further followup But actually there is no followup They are just making a comment as if they are prioritizing these review but truely it s just a comment but no action

Time lines not maintained

My rental agreement booked on 19th July 2023 is pending As per their website promise soft copy and link was to be shared in 2-3 days time but today is 8th daya and I have made 5 to 6 calls since then and their customer care is promising to get the soft copy delivered by evening and that evening is never happening Please see the screen shot Will it happen if not refund my 979 - paid to you asap Booking id - LL-4967049Update NoBroker RM talked to me after resolving the issue I am happy to see this prompt response

I finalised a property through no brokers My RM was good PRINCE and SHIVANI both were very nice and supportive They tried their level best to help me in my house hunt process But property I found after a good struggle A suggestion to no broker to do validation of genuine property as had an experience of fraud trap as well App is worst Rental agreement and police verification service is not good that department not providing good service They are very slow I wish I could have found someone like PRINCE and SHIVANI over there as well After a complaint registered team took speedy action and completed my rental agreement procedure immediately Thank you Team

Despite my better judgement NoBroker customer service did come thru in the end

Despite my better judgement I reached out to their services for renewing my rental agreement thru no broker Last time they had assured that give them a second chance So here we are same issue after sharing with them renewal draft agreement and payment of fees All they had to do was get it notarzied and share the elinks for signature of landlord tenant It is 2 days since I have received the email while I have been told it will be sent shortly Why do we need to follow up for services we have paid Is it so difficult I would like to end the review by mentioning that despite the above experience in the last days executives from NoBroker went out of the way to sort out my challenges and resolve the issue That was nice closure and much appreciated
