Disgusted with Norsemaison Ordered covers for Ikea Ektorp 2 seater Surprised to receive a Very damaged box with post marks from China Cover received was very bad fit Loose in places and very tight in others Several clear photos sent Needed to return but they wanted to charge me 70 for the privilege Had to open dispute with Paypal Norsemaison eventually agreed to refund 100 Covers returned Refund received but they have charged me for return postage despite me showing them proof they promised full refund of 275 They have proved consistently very difficult to deal with told untruths including promising a full refund They obviously don t care about customer satisfaction Most frustrating experience Only sorry I had to give you one star Refund of postage cost now received

Beautiful fabric
Very nice covers I chose the corduroy old pink and it is absolutely stunning The quality is very good and I hope it says that way for a long time The only reason I gave a 4 star review is that the delivery took almost twice as long as expected Otherwise very happy with the service

I am very very pleased with your work Really impressed by the quality of sewing My IKEA sofa does absolutely not look like IKEA sofa with your covers I was so set on J ttebo because of the storage space it has and the modern look plus comfort but did not like the choice of colours that IKEA offers I braved out and ordered the covers before even buying the sofa itself D D I ordered the sofa after I had receieved my covers from you and therefore I could skip to order the not so attractive IKEA-covers which even saved me some money It was well worth the somewhat long wait
