One word AVOID

Totally shocking and incompetent service and business don t be fooled by its glam looking products and website First and last purchase with 1 whole month of an email chain to attempt to get my money back Product received was not new had been opened and customer service only offered a refund of a third of what I paid sent pictures and offered to return item but still insisted on great service provided and a small refund in form of voucher to buy something else In the end I took legal advice and my bank began proceedings to return my money

Unethical company to buy from

Unethical company to buy from I was planning on making an order last night however I have found out from speaking to their customer service today they didn t bother to respond to my email which I sent last night that their coupon codes which they advertise on their website expire at 11pm All I got on the phone was a sorry I will not be buying from them again in future Unethical company

Fake products and bad customer service

I recently made my first and only purchase from Notino ELDO Ghost In The Shell The product arrived in a damaged box with half of the label on the bottle torn off and I tested the product itself and it smelled completely different to what it is supposed to I have had this scent before the one they sent me smelled like a cheap pungent toilet cleaner - absolutely vile I contacted customer service where I was informed that the only way for a refund to be processed is for me to complete a form BY HAND put it inside the box pay for postage and packaging to have it sent back to the company and then wait THIRTY DAYS for a refund Absolute sham of a company I have bought many fragrances online but I will never again buy from this one

Fake product Be aware purchase back to October Mont Blanc 100ml for 33 I was little bit suspicious why they put price down But after receiving it was pretty sure 100 it s fake Smell box don t think might some people have knowledge or even had that s products before

Awful customer service

Contents missing from box hair dye Customer service saying its not included when it literally says it is on the box I have no trust in this company now Definitely would not order from them again

Untrustworthy

Useless No matter how much money you spend you get zero rewards Items you order are then cancelled 4 or 5 days after confirmation At least one item I have ordered has been counterfeit Though I suspect that there were more Not sure if this company has items in stock or lists items for dodgy third party sellers Avoid UPDATE After sending me an email saying they would refund me today rather than doing that they took 85 out of my bank account for an item they knew nearly a week ago was out of stock

If I could give this company zero stars

If I could give this company zero stars I would When things go well you can get a good deal However beware if things go wrong I found them extremely unhelpful over a faulty product I ended up losing my money and having no product I should have taken 25 and flushed it down the toilet

Awful company

Awful company My order did not arrive After 3 weeks Notino finally decided the order was lost The tracking was never updated once the parcel left Notino so it was impossible to find After a battle of another 3 weeks I still have not to date received my refund although they are claiming that they paid it into my account However I have not received any refund Absolutely useless company

Terrible company

Terrible company Ordered a number of items from them arrived damaged box thin and not suitable I contacted them and eventually they said that there is nothing they can do as its nothing to with them Shocking Don t order from them as they do not care

Cancelled orders

Placed an order got confirmation Next day - received an email the order has been cancelled due to the fraud transaction related with this specific card Called them was advised to place an order with different card - did that same issue cancelled transaction as the card is marked as fraud Both cards are working both in daily usage Advised the refund will be issued
