Having read some of the terrible reviews on Trustpilot I was a bit anxious about placing an order but they had a very good deal on some toiletries I like which have very few suppliers in the UK I therefore placed an order with fingers crossed and was pleased that it went fairly smoothly If it hadn t been for the Easter weekend I would have received my order in 2-3 working days The products were as described nothing dodgy about them so I was impressed The only reason I have knocked off a star is because the box in which the items arrived was poorly packaged and had split at the top a bit more tape would have been helpful and also because as many reviewers have noted it seems a bit mean to charge p p when you are spending a decent amount of money Most online companies provide free p p above a spend of 50 The only way to get round it is to buy something with free delivery included but you may end up with something that you don t particularly want

OK but I thought the postage was excessive and wasn t quoted earlier This product used to cost 15 but has rocketed up in price because I believe it is discontinued which is very bad news

This was the only site I could find for the fragrance mist I was seeking The parcel arrived promptly with the contents intact The perfume is not quite the fragrance I remembered but is pleasant evenso

After read some bad reviews I was a bit afraid to order but the price was very good so I give a try Now I m happy because I received my order without delay for christmas For sure I will buy again

Purchasing the products was not a problem Products are fine but delivery company used left my package at a wrong address I was contacted by the person by phone that a delivery has been made to her and though it should have been to Hollis Motors it been given to her She told the driver he s delivered to the wrong address but she was ignored She said I could have easily kept the products and you would have been refused refund because it would have said delivered but I m a honest person I wasn t happy as I had to stop what I was doing out as I was out of town to collect my parcel That s why I ve left a very generous 4 I was tempted to give 2 Delivery service should be warned or changed It didn t enhance my experience

Was worried after the negative reviews on here but need not be Items great All make up and a hair product not broken Only bug bear is it took two weeks to deliver and I m sure it s meant to be a week Customer service were extremely responsive though

Relatively fast delivery and great product however they are using PLASTIC inside their cardboard packaging which is a bit offputting from a sustainability point of view No need to use shrink wrapped plastic - why not paper card

I had never heard of Notino before and was a little skeptical about choosing to shop there but after reading the favorable reviews I decided to give it a chance I was pleasantly surprised about the variety of choice the reasonable prices and the fast and secure shipping I would not hesitate to order from them again

All good - ordered 3 Smashbox liquid lipstick which are not available in the UK otherwise Ordering process and delivery were all ok Please be aware that ordering Smashbox from Notino UK means that some products might be a bit old From batch codes on my Smashbox Always On lipsticks they were made A09 3 years 5 months ago - Liquid Fire A70 2 years 10 months ago - DisorderlyAC2 5 months 9 days ago - Out loud I can provide a photo of these Liquid fire one dispite being old looks and works perfect Amazing colour and formula

So much cheaper than other websites It takes a bit longer to come and you have to pay for postage but it still works out cheaper overall Ordered twice and haven t experienced any problems
